    August 2ww and TTC thread 2018

    Ummmm... ok I need some help!
    I went and wrote down alllll the temps from my period tracker, ( thank goodness for double entries) annndddd now FF is telling me I ovulated on day 14 🤬🤬
    I have checked and double checked just because my chart was driving me insane!
    So maybe it is AF cramps?
    I will go and check again ☹️[emoji24][emoji24]

    Great plan this cycle.

    Do you think you will also include things like one serving of full fat dairy a day and salmon once or twice a week? I really think that helped with my successful cycle.

    I'm good, thanks. Extremely tired and hungry my first doc appt is in 3 weeks!
