I can't give you a weight. That is not how it works. All you need to do is weigh more than what you have recently, and to a lesser extent what you weighed when you got your girl(s). No one needs to ever gain more than 10-15 lbs and most people gain about 3-5 lbs. I do not like to see anyone gain 30+ lbs because I think a rapid weight gain likely causes more harm than good for sways.

ARe you around ovulation?? your pH will naturally be low when you're not ovulating, that's totally normal. Honestly we have not found testing pH to be very helpful or predictive at all, many of us have pH opposites. I got my 4th boy with a pH of 4.5-5 range that never went up till after i was already pregnant.

You're going to do the diet till next year?
that is ok to eat healthier but do watch the cal intake and don't gain too much weight!
The HE Diet is healthy to be on indefinitely, but just don't gain more than 10-15 lbs absolute max. And please do not eat tons of sodium and limit calcium all that time!!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

It's not a dealbreaker at all as we have found weight loss/gain to not be very predictive of whose sways work and whose do not. Try to hold steady and the exercise will end up helping you lose fat and gain muscle, but if a little weight comes off, don't panic about it.
