Hi, guys! Sorry I’ve been neglecting this thread. These past few days have been CRAZY BUSY. I sooo wish that weekends were 3 days instead of 2. I think the world would be a happier, more relaxed yet more productive place!

I don't think the thread is only for those ttc! Past and future pink swayers feel free to chat here too

OOTB I just read about your hubby and the icecream on the october chitchat, that is so so sweet I´m glad you have such a loving, caring person on your side.

Oh, Indira...I'd be lost w/out DH! I'm so lucky to have him. I think he's gained about 10 lbs in the last few wks, probably from greiving but I think he justifies it to himself b/c he thinks it'll only help the sway. He's not overweight at all and is still very trim. He's given up working out and lifting weights (which is a BIG change for him). He's doing great w/the sway but I'm still not where I want to be yet. I think mentally, I'm not ready. When I'm doing well for awhile and things are constantly positive for me mentally, we'll go for it (as long as my body is also ready). TTC is looking more like Jan for us but we'll see... As much as I'd love to do my next 2ww w/you, I want that little pink bean in your belly by the time I get there!!!

I asked for two psychic readings last month -one said she thought I was pregnant already or that I would be soon and that it would be a boy (in particular, my lost angel). The other one was one I paid for and she said she could see a January conception/BFP, and that tarot cards and pendulum both agreed it would be a girl. A January BFP would be perfect to me - an autumn due date is my ideal.

So sorry it's not your month, rainbow. Sounds like you're still right on track for your sweet pink autumn baby, though! It'll be really nice for you to enjoy the holidays, especially b/c it's the first w/the 3 of you!

The one that predicted I'd be pregnant already/soon was IC1111 on another forums, a few had said good things about her so I asked... although I didn't actually give her many details about us other than our ages.

IC's reading for me was actually good for this last pregnancy...She said it was a tough one but in the end, predicted "girl" and I was afraid to believe her but she was a girl. She also mentioned something about this girl being a twin soul to one of my other kiddos. I think she was a bit clouded on that though, b/c I had twins in my belly at that time but she seemed to think I only had one but did mention the "twin" connection w/one of my other kids. When I asked for my reading, I had no signature yet so she couldn't see anything obvious about me. I don’t know if I believe in this stuff and it’s hard to know who has the “gift” and who does not but when you’re preggo and desperately wanting to get a clue as to the gender of your little one, these readings are great! Especially if they’re free!

I have seen her tell people they will have another of the same gender, too. I don't think she always tells people what they want to hear.

I saw my MD last week and she said she wants me to try hormonal birth control to try to regulate my hormones as I have had sudden weight gain, irregular periods, the past couple of months despite being on medication and herbs for PCOS. I kind of what to ask Babydoctor what she recommends for PCOS because I really don't like being on hormonal birth control even though we aren't necessarily TTC right now. The BC makes me all weepy, gain weight, low libido, etc, even progesterone only BC. Meh. If this cycle is anything like my normal cycles, I should be getting AF in about 6 days.

Hoping you can get your hormones regulated! It can be really challenging when they're out of whack! KUP

I should O by the end of the week. I have been so good with everything so looking forward to another attempt. I also will be taking a break after this cycle to gain weight and not sway again over the holidays. I debated one more attempt in early dec but won't be able to get away with not eating at thanksgiving because I am going to my in laws and then my parents. Both sets of parents have been watching me and telling me to eat because I am too thin.

YAY....Thinking BFP THOUGHTS for you for this attempt! Then you can keep on eating, right into the New Year! (wanted to insert a "stuffing your face w/food" smiley but couldn't find one If this isn't your time, though, you'll still be able to enjoy the holidays...I like your plan!

What happened to this thread? Used to be more active. I usually have no trouble skipping breakfast but this morning I am soooo hungry! Had a follicle check yesterday cd12 and have two that should be mature in about 3 days so attempting soon!

Awww...I kind of hope so, even though you need your eggie to be preggie before me!

Right now, my body is showing signs of O but I'm not sure I will actually do it this cycle. No biggie since we're not TTC yet anyway. It's just nice to know that my body is moving on. I got a +OPK yesterday (they've been neg for the past 2 wks) and all the other signs are there internally. My temps have been dipping but yesterday and today they rose just a bit, not a lot to indicate O had taken place. Things are working in there!
