Hi,
As the title says. As we are supposed to keep snacks to a minimum, do drinks like cranberry juice, diet coke, milk count as snacks? Should they be consumed at meal times rather than throughout the day between meals?

I would think that if the drink has cals in it, it would count as a snack, especially something like milk b/c there's protein, etc. in there. If you can, try to move the drinks w/cals and nutrients in them to mealtime. It can be tough to do if you're just starting out but you'll get better at it!

Diet coke, water, sugar-free squash and CL would be ok between meals but, as the others said, anything with calories like milk, full fat coke, cranberry juice I would eat alongside meals. I did, however, drink a couple of coffees during the morning to keep me from eating until lunch time.
