Thank you missiz. I'm still very new to this site and still learning how to use it so please bare with me.

We didn't even think the 1 attempt and j&d (at least I think it was but it was uninrentional, had to pee after 10 min and then fell asleep) would succeed so quickly. I've just signed up with GD a few weeks ago after trying for a year with no success. We were skeptical but bam! We're preggo, lol. So happy we are finally just wish I would've stumbled onto GD a year ago!

yes there is ALOT of information to take in with this site but the ladies are always happy to answer any questions and we are a tight community of people who are supportive of each other so I'm glad you found us

hehe yes we only had 1 attempt with a j&d and got pregnant 1st time too, I wasnt expecting to be so lucky but I am grateful it did work, it can be quite tough being on the diet for long periods and having the disappointment of a missed cycle. Well we are glad you are here now and I hope your pregnancy goes smoothly

Yes it is great to see more and more ladies join! glad to hear you are going ok, I totally understand about the nausea though, its extremely hard to ignore and it effects daily life so much. I hope it eases for you soon MrsEnglish xo

Has anyone else had any weird pregnancy symptoms? I have found that my back can get really itchy for no reason, and I scratch it so much that its got little bumps on it now

I had random itchyness last pregnancy but not this pregnancy. It was worst in the first trimester and got better/basically went away after. I found it was worst when I was hot or taking a hot bath.

Thank you! It's nice to have a wonderful group to chat to. Even though it's my 5th pregnancy (3 blue 1 miscarriage) I can forget what it's like being pregnant and since we miscarried our 3rd we decided with our 4th we'd keep it quiet for a long time and we plan on doing the same this time around. It was lonely at times not telling anyone for so long. So thank you for being so inviting and nice and I hope to make more friends.

Well, I guess I may have joined the group prematurely. Just went to the loo and passed some brown blood and then when I wiped it was pinkish. In the morning, I passed some mucous that was brown tinged, figured it was just old blood. But what just happened was very much not a little bit. I guess all I can do is wait and see...feeling so sad.

@Wishing4Pink - Yes I decided to keep this pregnancy a secret longer than my previous ones, and I am finding it difficult having noone really to talk to about it, thats why I appreciate this forum and the ladies so much. Yes its definitely an opportunity to make friends, I am still in contact with mums from my due date group with my daughter who is now 2

@dreamofdaughter - I can imagine you must be so worried, have you had any pain or cramping? perhaps you could talk to your Dr and get a scan done to see whats going on? Its still possible that the baby is ok, people have had bleeding before and gone on to have successful pregnancies, I hope this is the case for you xo thinking of you

I had a dream last night that my baby was a boy.

Try not to worry. The same thing happened to me with this pregnancy right around 5 weeks. I was really scared so I went to the doctor and got an ultrasound and everything was fine they saw a yolk sac but no heartbeat and I went back a week later and the heartbeat was there. This pregnancy has been very different I’ve had two episodes of bleeding which completely freaked me out. Maybe you could call the doctor just to get some reassurance. I hope everything is ok FX!

I had them with my first two boys and I was right both times. I didn’t have a dream with my third son but my mommy intuition was telling me boy. FX you get your desired gender!
