Those who swayed pink while using Clomid....come in!

My menstrual cycle this month was 24 days. Last month it was 28 days and month before that was 21 days. I thought it was 21 days because I was on a lot of vitamins. Does your cycles shorten with age? I guess I will see what my cycle is next month, but it doesn't seem that my lie to my dr about three of my cycles being 21 days, is coming close to reality of 24 days. I'm was usually 30 days so I have no idea why my cycles are shorter. Does it decline with age? I need to figure out if my cycles are this short then I would need to be ovulating early then 5-9 days right? I'll see what dr #2 says.

You will have to ask the doc this question, I don't know. My cycles haven't shortened with age, I have really long cycles, with late o and short luteal. They change a lot though, I've had a few 28 days but mostly 32-37days.

You should start tempting to track when you o and how your luteal is. Clomid may in fact be something you NEED.

meeks, interesting what you mention about exercise and clomid. Every case has their particularities, no doubt! Exercise stats are amazing, but I don´t think is the way to go for me since with my DS I have started to do exercise (moderated) and I´m a person who makes muscle very easy

I was the same with ds 1 and 2, moderate exercise and gain muscle easy. I would have to do 1hr a day 6-7 days a week to sway girl, and I just don't have that time with a toddler and 3 year old.

Hey anyone who has done Clomid and opk's, I know it can muck with them, but how? What does it do? Stop them showing +? Make them show + way earlier or show + too long?

Cd 12 and my perviously half pos opk's have just gone completely blank. Stark white no 2nd line. That's never happened before. I usually don't opk this early though, but in case o moves up with clomid 3-7 I wanted to.

That's exactly what happened to me. For about 4-5 days after my last tablet I had a faint second line then it disappeared until closer to ov when it re-appeared. I figured that it was the hangover of the tablets causing it as it can give false positives if you opk too close to taking the tablets.

Nope not at all! Cd20 so I know my day 21 prog test'll come back negative for ov. Hoping my doc will order another blood test for cd28 that should pick it up.

What cd did you do clomid and dose? We have similar cycles so I'm interested!

I still did that even with no ov signs, we just can't take any chances on Clomid as we've no idea how and what effects it'll have on our cycles.

I took 50mg on cd2-6. I was looking back over my diary and I actually had faint lines on my opks for longer like cd9-14 and cramps too. Everything then quietened down until cd18 and came back with a vengeance especially on cd20 the day after my opk+
