Essnce, I don't know any girl moms who stay up late on the internet, either! In fact, I think it's possible that pink swayers seem more common than blue swayers bc we are over represented; we're much more likely to be online obsessing about what we don't have and what we want to achieve, whereas many girl moms might just assume it's out of their control and leave it at that.
Looks like I'm joining you ladies as AF just arrived.I'm really hoping Vitex will help me O earlier this cycle! It did seem to add a day or two to my LP, even after just 2 weeks on it, so that's great. I took my last dose of vitamin D yesterday and today I switched to methylfolate from folic acid. I've been taking myoinositol for nearly 2 week and will continue my 2g daily. I take aspirin regularly for my arthritis and antihistamines & pseudoephedrine for my allergies, and will take a few doses lf cranberry right around O. I will BD every 4 days so I can't possibly miss O.
I'm going to go back to my intermittent fasting (I thought it was delaying O but dropping it hasn't helped) and I'm going to try to start exercising daily, too. This is my last attempt for a while as if I don't succeed this month, I will not TTC for 3 months until I have a shot at a late March/early April baby. I also don't want a baby born in Summer, so basically I have to wait almost an entire year if I fail this month.![]()

Ladies what frequency are you doing? We abstained last year but are thinking of him releasing alone every 4 days and maybe doing our one attempt on 2 nd batch? I just wanna get preg though so not sure if it'll lower it too much xborn 2012

Hi again!
Back from a week of skiing in the mountains. It has been such a great time but a bit of a struggle to do the LE-diet. I think I managed ok though. I skipped breakfast everyday (I just had a coffee and told our friends I was doing the popular intermittent fasting) and avoided snacking and meat as well as I could. One night I had to eat about 1 or 2 tbsp of minced meat in (the husband of the family made dinner and had me taste it) and another night I had about 40 grams of chicken. I hope it wont ruin anything, I calculated it in my app and never got over 55 grams of protein. I had white wine and sauna baths everyday and have had a sore throat all week - hope that's positive. ;-) I stood up on the scale once I got back home again and at least I didn't put on any weight, probably lost about a pund or two.
I have also been feeling quite moody - is that an effect of the diet?
I am now starting to take antihistamines and hopefully will O on friday or days around that. A positive thing about having had vacations is that I have been pretty relaxed about the sway plan and have not had any time to read about pink sways or worrying about it. I just kept the tracking of my foods and took the vitex, but no more thinking about it. I'll do my best to stay relaxed and not start obsessing during the coming week.
Good luck to those of you who are in the 2ww!!Gorgeous4

Still waiting for af... whistling, twiddling thumbs, so NOT stressing about her refusal to show up... I’m on cd 37 from Feb still. My usual cycles have been 30-31 days almost on the dot, so I’m guessing taking clomid this cycle just really screwed me up. Just hoping af decides to show up at *some* point. I’ve taken a gazillion preg tests, and all are so neg it’s not funny. So... just in a very annoying, who-knows-where-my-cycles-will-fall holding pattern right now.
And trying not to look at all the cute little girl pics my friends keep posting on facebook. Gah – it’s the worst place to look when you’re TTC.

In a blind panic!!!
I have Ben doing so well. I've lost 21lbs in 6 months and have been strict le since Jan. My 2nd attempt is tomorrow and yesterday i lost control and ate nearly 2500cals no idea how much protein and most 90g fat. I am disgusted in myself. I of course have gained 2lbs this morning.
Do you thjbk i have ruined my chances? Xborn 2012

Nah! I would not worry as atomic says its the overall picture you are not doing that very often or even once a week! I too ate breakfast and a snack 1 day before our attempt I'm not sweating it! Just be good from now on that's my 2 cents for what it's worth good luck we will both be in 2 ww together xxx
