Hi everyone, so sorry I haven't been on for over a week. I accidently washed my phone and have a temporary one which doesn't have the usual tapatalk on so haven't been on until I got back from holiday and got the laptop out. Hoping to get a phone in the next couple of days and then Ill be back more!
Currently on cd15, had an attempt cd13 but Oh may have released not close enough to the entrance as he pulled out too far lol so not so sure if any made it, we will see! Have done ok on diet and haven't been hungry the last week really. Exercise is still an hour but Ive had a cold so missed a couple of days and we went away last week so missed 4 days but still compensated by eating a bit less.
Hope your all ok ... how is everyone doing?

Welcome back chocolate, advice for exercise in the 2 ww, do you chance exercise in 2 ww? My exercise dvd involves alot of ab crunches, wonder if I should avoid this type of exercise in the 2 ww? Many thanks

Girlieplease can you go for a run. It's good to keep up the diet and exercise in the 2ww.

Definitely going to keep up diet and exercise as am not hopeful about the attempt, I just wondered if ab crunches should be avoided if bean is trying to implant? X

Hey chocolate!! Welcome back!
Girlie please - I don't think there's any problem with doing crunches/ab exercises; personally I wouldn't avoid them but I'm not sure if there's any evidence to suggest that they have a negative impact on ttc.x

Anyone decrease the exercise in the two week wait? I am not particularly hopeful for this month and feel am gearing up for af. Could I drop down to 5 days per week just for next week? If I exercise today that will be six days this week but am tired. If I was successful this month would it matter if I did 5 days of exercise this week, if am not successful I would kinda like an easier week before I start back on it for July attempt? Thanks

Thanks everyone, I did a 7 mile run yesterday and just cannot seem to face it today. See how I feel later! Am nervous about it as it's the only aspect of my sway that has been tight.
When is your scan br? Am so with you 3 sacharm, getting fed up with the diet and exercise routine, the no snacking is so difficult, I went to a group I go to and they had beautiful food and I could not eat any of it, because of the type of food and because I had already had my two meals. Met the same ladies last night fir a party and again am not eating, I felt like a freak. It is one of the reasons I decided to attempt in June despite concerns over my diet, I think the longer this goes on the more am going to move away from ideal, so diet will get looser, exercise as well. I find it hard that I am doing so much and will probably still have a boy and others seem to get girl after girl with little or no effort that am aware of x
