Is it from my understanding that you can still take EPO just as long as it is not more than your fish oil? So if you are on 1000mg fish oil could you have 1000mg EPO or less?

So.. total TMI and it might be too early to freak out. I have been tracking my Ovulation just to get ready for trying, but we had a crazy couple weeks and we had unprotected sex on CD8... I didn't realize it was so close. SO I wasn't able to temp this weekend because we were out of town so I am pretty sure I o'd sometime this weekend ( CD11 thru CD13) and now I am so worried I might have accidentally gotten pregnant. Please tell me this was just a close call and its not too common

In following on from Bommy's question with timing, atomic says frequent release every 2-4 days for hubby and then 3 goes at positive OPK. Those frequent releases before positive OPK, should they be BD with a condom? Or is everything unprotected BD starting from AF every 2-4 days?

I don't think ether but I think I have my self all Freaked out. I think Hubby and I are wanting to give it a good go in December. We have been loosley following the diet and supps, but now that things have slowed down for us we will be focusing more on that. I am lifting 3 days a week (30 min dvd and 3 to5 lbs) and trying to work up to at least one more. I have kept my running to two days (30 mins) a week and hope that's not too much. We have been talking about taking ODD to Disney next October, but I wonder if we should try the next year so we can give this sway a good go and I really don't want a super large age gap since it'll be 3 years from youngest to newest baby as is.

Most of swayers here bd every day or every other day starting from AF ends, the more you bed the better chances , but I actually waited till my OPKs are darker to save DH's energy and sperm lol ( 2 days before Od on Ovd after Ovd)

I always freak out , when I swayed the last year I had been so strict to everything lead to a boy , I stopped any cardio and focused on building muscles , I snacked every 2-3 hours even though If Im not hungry at all , I was actually never hungry and forced myself to eat and snack

I even timed my attempt to be in October as they say October is boys month lol
But this year I decided to TTC late , so my attemt will be at the beginning of the year
