I bled for three days with my pap. I majorly regretted getting it so delay it if you can.

No pap over here either. The midwives in my area won't even consider it if you're pregnant. They don't even do cervical checks until labor unless you request them. Any possible bacteria getting through just isn't worth the risk.

Same here, my Gp would never do a Pap smear on a pregnant mum unless there was a problem indicating a high risk. Boo to that!
Well last night was officially hell. Ds was awake from 3:20-4:45 am. I started to really resent him last night. So frustrating. My others I have done the same with, my middle child asked to sleep in her sisters bed and we never heard a peep out of her. She still woke but I breast fed her and she would go back to sleep. This little fella is getting cross about not being allowed to touch my boobs and it is really driving me nuts. Temper tantrums in the middle of the night aren't great. I'm putting him down for a sleep right now and then heading back to sleep myself.
Thanks for all of the support ladies. It's. Or easy being a mum, but I'd rather do it than anything else.

My Harmony Results are in and available for me to view on my healthcare system's online patient portal BUT I can't see them, it says it could take 24 hours for them to load (as of 3:03pm). This is TORTURE!!! Argh!!!! I'm going to assume that if there was something wrong or not normal my midwife would have called me?? I have literally been losing sleep over this test worried that something could be wrong. I'm down 5lbs. and can fit in my regular clothes (they're a tad bit snug but not too bad until evening comes when I get more bloated). You cannot tell I'm pregnant at all and I was incredibly sick all Saturday morning, no clue why. This has just been the weirdest pregnancy for me and I was hoping for some reassurance from the Harmony test that all was well. I slept like crap last night worried over the results and the gender. Sigh, sorry to complain I just cannot believe that I have waited 3.5 weeks and now it's available but I can't view it and my midwife didn't call me with the results. I hope I can sleep tonight, I'm so exhausted.

I think it tends to run more in girls when you've had previous pregnancies where the placenta was posterior and you had the opposite gender. At least that's how it's seemed to be for a lot of the blogs I've read and friends I've talked to. I have 5 mom friends who had boys first all posterior placentas then went on to have girls with anterior placentas. I don't think its a sure thing at all nor should anyone count on it to be true. I'm certainly not counting on it to be true for me but I did find it interesting!

Crd5ed how frustrating!! I hope you can access them soon!!!!!
Has anyone heard the new zika stuff that's been on the news? It's pretty scary stuff and making me a little nervous for this summer. I'm in the Midwest so I know they have a lot further to travel but still scary.

Thanks Quinn!! How are you doing? Has DH got the results and can you tell by his behavior what they were?

Aw, Bella29, what a rough time you're going through. I can relate. My boys didn't sleep through the night until they both night weaned at around 2.5yo. I nursed my youngest (he'll be 3 this month) for the last time 2 months ago bc I had dried out and he would latch on and say "No milk". So we talked about how he's getting so big that he doesn't necessarily need mommies milk anymore and he seemed to do ok with it but he is a little older than your guy. I've bed-shared with both kiddos, the youngest is still in a twin bed next to our king but since he weaned he's been waking up in the middle of the night asking to come into our bed. He's also getting up a lot earlier because he's hungry and there's no nursing to satiate him until we all get up for breakfast, it's made DH and I pretty tired for the past 2 months. But like you I am hoping to transition him slowly over the summer to his new bed in big brothers room. We shall see how it goes. I'm keeping our extra twin bed and frame so if he needs to use it in our room then we'll keep it there. I don't know if that would work for you but once he falls asleep I move him back to his twin bed so I can have the room I need again. These transitions are so tough on everyone. I'll be thinking of you and hoping you can get some much needed sleep tonight and in the future, hang in there momma!

Thanks for all of the info about paps. I really trust my midwife so I'm surprised to hear so many others won't do them..they're super low intervention and didn't want to check me when I bled randomly last time I was pregnant lol. I didn't want to do it though so now I feel better saying no.
