July already!? Come on AF, ready to try this next cycle!

Also, just FYI, I took my DH's sperm into the lab to check out the results under a microscope. Great straight swimmers! It really was a relief after he had had two fevers and maybe a clogged duct.

I doubt i will be trying this month or for a few months maybe, my donor is messing me around so i'll most likely be going through a clinic to do IUI or maybe IVF. The out of pocket cost after Medicare rebate for IUI about $1,200 and about $1,800 for IVF so not that much difference. At least with IVF the eggs and sperm are put together and if they fertilise i get to use the rest in subsequent attempts if the first doesn't work. I don't know, I like the odds more with IVF but don't want to go through all the testing and meds.

Oh no, Kris! That is a tough call and I am sure everyone has different experiences with each. If you know you want more than one kiddo the IVF might be more economical in the long run though, right? I'm sorry this hasn't been any easier for you. Is Sarah doing IVF now?

Bec what a fun sounding party!!! I hope you had a great time! And I know lots of us are from IG ... I am. I joined there in September 2010. Thought we were going to TTC last fall but we kept moving it around! And FWIW I was always talking like I was pg before I actually was, LOL!

Cheeky YAY!! Your timing sounds like it will be perfect!!

So Spicy you will try this cycle, that's great! And what a great perk to be able to take the sperm to a lab! Hooray for nice straight swimmers .... FX you get your BFP this month!

iluv I'm glad you're back! Did you have a relaxing time? CD9 so the countdown begins.... so exciting! FX your cycle behaves this month and you get pregnant!

To everyone - about waiting to find out or not: like I shared, I wish we hadn't because I had really, really horrible GD, esp right after finding out. But when I pulled Honor into my arms I fell instantly in love. I wish I could have enjoyed my pg more and feel I would probably have... I would have had that "hope" to keep me cheerful, then I think I'd have just been smitten with my new babe. BUT... having saif that, lol, I agree about not being able to NOT find out. If Lord willing we conceive again I will probably find out again. I hope after my experience with Honor I will not have such horrible GD. But DH absolutely wants to know with all our kids. He doesn't mind not telling me, lol, but I think that would drive me nuts. So it's just really a hard thing. In many ways I think not knowing is better, but the temptation is still so great

Lola - I think what you sais about envisioning both scenarios (boy or girl) and coming to a peace with either is very good. One thing that did help me w/ GD and anxiety was knowing I had both girl and boy names I really loved.

ZB - FX that your BD went well! I usually had 2-3 days of EWCM, actually O'ing on the last day of it. Do you usually have one day or more? I agree w/ TTC5 that with the open cervix it sounds like things were ripe and ready

Begonia - I always live off milk in the early days when nothing sounds good

TTC5 - I am keeping FX for you!!

Cheeky - wooooo hope you had a good time with DTD Tons of blue dust coming your way.

iluv - hopefully the thyroid meds work for you, I know they are helpful to a lot of mamas.

Spicy - glad to hear DH's boys are swimming strong

Skrimpy I'm thinking milk and some fruit juice and I'm at least getting some protein and vitamins! It bums me out bc I really believe it matters what I eat even now, so I wish I could stomach some solid, well rounded meals for this little one. Hopefully that will come soon. It's interesting to hear that your DH always wanted to find out, b/c my DH never wanted to know, he's always wanted surprises ... though I think with this 3rd now that we have 2 girls he is more curious than he was with either of our 1st pregnancies. It is so wonderful to hear you go on about how happy you are with Honor; I remember some of your tough days and hope those are far behind you. And FX you get your blue caboose

Oh and so in pregnancy symptoms, I have NEVER had this much CM. Good heavens it is ridiculous. I've read that it is normal but I know I didn't have it with either of the other two. I'm not trying to read into it from a gender standpoint more just remarking on how crazy it is!

I don't want to tell people about our bean until I at least hear the heartbeat, but wow is it hard! We're going to dinner tonight with some friends and the wife was texting me earlier about how we'll be cheers'ing our margaritas in a few hours, LOL. I'm sure when I say "I just don't feel like a drink tonight" (which isn't like me... I'm usually up for one with dinner!) she'll be on to me anyway. Hopefully she won't make me fess up and she can sit there quietly thinking to herself about it... they know we want one more so I'm sure it will take her all of 1 minute to guess why I'm not drinking.

We are off tomorrow for a family vacay (where I am sure my IL's will guess I'm pg again due to the no-drinking) and I won't be back til Tuesday, so hopefully no one will be POAS while I'm gone. I'd hate to miss big news! But I think our 2WWers are early enough I won't miss anything... FX for all of you!

Begonia-when do you go to the dr? Hope you have a great time on your vacay!!! I'm hoping to get my BFP tomorrow though at 10dpo!!! My AF is due Wednesday! I will let everyone know if I do!!
