OK, really struggling today with AF due in a few days, just want to EAT!
But here's what I've had (though tummy's still rumbling!):
Lunch: ww bread and cheese slice sandwich, Go Ahead raspberry bar, Vanilla yogurt.
Dinner: Mushroom burger in a wrap (SO tasty - I'm guessing more garlic than I should strictly have!). Mr Kipling raspberry slice. Boiled Sweet.
Snack: Sherbert Dip Dab.
I think I'm going to have a cup of tea with sweetener.

Today was a bit of an abnormal day because we spent the whole day at the zoo. Also, I'm fairly positive I O'd last night, so I decided to reward myself a bit with some garlic
.
8am: coffee
12pm: swiss cheese and a slice of tomato on homemade low sodium bun, peach
2pm: popsicle (I know - bad idea, but it was hot out and everyone else was having one!)
5:30pm: peach, coffee (we were stuck in traffic and I knew I wouldn't last until 8pm to have supper!)
8pm: 2 servings of REAL pasta (after so long eating rice pasta, it tasted fabulous!) with homemade low sodium/protein pesto and parmesan, peach for dessert (can you tell it's peach season here?I know it's not a great fruit for TTC girl, but how can I resist them when the house is full of them??)
Calories: 1417
Protein: 48.5g (Oops! I guess I should have had the rice pasta after all....damn that yummy pasta with 20g of protein!)
Sodium: 546mg
My fat was a bit too high today - I blame my yummy pesto with 16g of fat per serving!
So now I'm still hungry, but very limited. I can either have some candy or something salty with no protein or fat - the only option I can think of are pickles.

Oh, and I just have to add that I finally googled 'boiled sweet' and discovered it just means hard candy. All this time I was picturing you eating some sweet dumpling-like confection!

Another big eating day - I guess I'm taking to heart what I said about taking it easy this 2WW. In fact, if I don't get my BFP and decide to take a break next month for sheduling reasons, I guess I could go off the diet for 2 weeks or so....I'm just scared I'll gain weight or find it too hard to go back on the diet after that. I'm going to try not to think about it since I NEED to get that BFP this month!
7am: coffee
12pm: 1/3 of a Mahajeb (Moroccan flatbread with spinach and a bit of feta), a few unsalted pita chips dipped in hummus, peach, corn on the cob
5:30pm: 3 slices of pizza on homemade sodium-free pizza crust with low sodium sauce, a tiny bit of low fat mozzarella and mushrooms. It was soooo bland and I made the crust too thin so it all fell apart when I tried to get it off the pan. DH and my boys all ate real pizza, and I was so jealous. Lemon gelato for dessert.
8:30pm: green grapes, 2 small peaches, Mike & Ike candies
Calories: 1504
Protein: 50g (another oops - if I'm going to end up with high protein, I might as well have yummy food to show for it)
Sodium: 815mg

Emmy, that's not too high in fat! Though I agree it's very low in everything else
I had my first big blow out on this diet. I just felt so awful after I put the kids to bed and had been an awful mummy again all day and DH didn't get home from work until 11pm so I raided the kitchen. Luckily there wasn't much in itI'm back on the plan 100% today knowing our attempt is so close!

LOL, Emmy - that's soooo not a high fat intake! When someone mistakenly told me that I needed to keep under 20g of fat a day on this diet, I almost killed myself trying to do that and was starving even more than usual. When atomic told us not to worry so much about fat it made things sooooo much easier. In general I find I end up with anything between 20 and 40g, depending on whether or not I used butter or something like that. While 40g is probably on the high side, I don't worry too much as long as it only happens once in awhile. I would consider 23.9g a really low fat day!
