Ive had homemade marghetita pizza every week, & pasta & curry, chips everyday & all within LE totals. I am impressed by what I have fitted into the diet & I dont really feel like I am missing out (other than snacking!)

Thks KC15880 ... I totally reverted back tho, snacking all day, meat eating, breskfasg again ... Maybe I should skip this mth and try the following, confused now Wat to do and still in shock I've my period!!!

This is ok Amelia. I know AF is with you now but as soon as you can just pick up the LE again. Having 'reverted back' is not outrageous and happens to the best of us!! Hang in there you are doing great. Few days and you will be back on track! x

you girls keep me sane! I cant say how much I appreciate this group. I havent really posted in the forums up until now but you have been truly wonderful these past 2 months. Got my +opk today (but I swear I ovulated yesterday!). Had our attempt last night, & another attempt coming up on wednesday. I really really hope this is my month!

the worst ovulation pains yesterday! lasted most of the day & if I didnt know better I would have said that AF was going to come it felt exactly the same. So with us doing E3d this month we bd on sunday, +opk on monday & cramping on tueday I think we might be in with a better chance than last month
