XX, from what I read you take a whole pineapple, cut off the outer rind, and then slice the rest into 5 equal pieces. You eat 1 piece per day, including the inner core, starting at 1 dpo. It's supposed to aid in implanation. But it can cause uterine contractions so that is why you have to be sure when you ovulated so you only take it days 1-5 after ovulation. I have not tried it but thought it would be worth a shot for a cycle or two.

So you just eat one section? Or one cup worth? I'm thinking a whole pineapple would last at least 7-10 days when eaten 1 cup a day.

I too read eat the pineapple from 1dpo-5dpo. I tried that last month but think I actually started on o day as think I got the timing wrong and ate it for about 8 days. Didn't work for me last month but thought I would try it again this month as I love pineapple anyway - ate 1slice (1pineapple cut into 5slices) from 1or 2dpo (don't temp so not sure exactly when o day was) for 5 days. Not sure if this helped at all but this morning (11 or 12 dpo) decided to test early as had been having really bad breast and underarm pain which I don't normally get and it was a Bfp! So excited but nervous, can't believe my early Xmas present. Still pinching myself. Please stay sticky little bean

Thank you xx and meanveggiegal. After 5 months of bfns I was starting to think maybe it just wasn't going to happen. I am so happy but scared at the same time that my little bean won't stick. I hope you both get your bfps next month and I hope you are feeling better soon xx.

Congrats Kelbear!!!! Also good to read you did the pineapple thing.

AFM, my temp jumped this morning and FF gave me crosshairs. Might go and get a pineapple and eat it for 3 days only. Although if Ff is right with O day I don't think I had great attempts this cycle with DH being gone 4 days.

FF finally predicted ovulation for me and I am hoping it's right!!
I think my chart looks good but I just don't feel like I did last month .. still trying to stay positive.
I've had blood work abd ultrasounds recently and was told that I have a larger follicle surrounded by smaller follicles . In other words I have eggs. Which is great! I have my Dr Apt next week to discuss the findings.. I am hoping to get into a fertility clinic soon though bc my Dr is almost no help.
I'd love to get my hands on clomid but he doesn't percribe it.
