Yea I had that faint line at 6dpo. It was shocking. But then it almost went away before becoming glaring at 10dpo. I also never tested this early with my previous pregnancies. So probably creating some unnecessary nerves. The ectopic, a chemical 3 months ago and my age (37 going on 38 in June) are also contributing to my anxiety.

Congrats dreamingella! A nice line there! Just a question - with your ectopic (sorry to hear) what gave you the indication it was an ectopic? What signs/symptoms did you have and how far along were you when it was confirmed ectopic? I don't know much about them that's all.

I had my IUD taken out in June 2016 and by August I found out I was pregnant. A day after setting up an appointment I had to go in for an emergency check. These were my symptoms and why I insisted on being checked out:
-major cramps and diarrhea
-shooting pain in my abdomen
-bleeding (not spotting) that would come and go. A day on two days off. It was like AF was starting in full force and then stall. It was never light but also didn't continue so it was very confusing.
-and just the feeling that something wasn't right.
-had classic pregnancy symptoms too(i.e. Dark areola, nausea, fatigue) due to fairly high hcg levels (1900 or so on the first test)

Went for blood work after they could only find two fluid filled areas on the ultrasound. No heartbeats. One fluid area was in my right Fallopian tube and the other was in my uterus. They couldn't tell if it was gone or just too early of a gestation. So we had to make a decision to take methotrexate to stop the cell growth. We decided to continue blood work for a week and take it easy hoping that the second fluid area they saw on the u/s in my uterus would survive and grow, but it didn't. My levels naturally declined and so we decided to speed up the process to get rid of the ectopic in my right Fallopian tube with the methotrexate. The likely cause of the second embryo not making it was a bad car accident that we got in in August which made me bleed after I thought I had a short AF.

That accident was the catalyst for me taking a pregnancy test. Our original plan was to begin trying in September. I also didn't have AF with my Mirena IUD so I had to get my cycle regulated again. Hence no real tracking to share.

Hope that helps. If you even think for a second that you have an ectopic, go get blood work and an ultrasound. FX that you don't!

@ashfind I'm still not feeling much other than the general empty stomach feeling that you can't quite tell is nausea yet. Definitely feeling like I want to nap a bit more but not over the top yet there either. Mostly though that I'm quick to get irritated. I'm a few days behind you so we'll see.

It stinks but is a welcome feeling when I had mc I had no pregnancy symptoms. I'm determined to not let it get me down or get in the way of my everyday life I'm going to try to think of it as a blessing lol
