Is that part of the sway? I think cinnamon helps control blood sugar levels so I guess you laides might take higher doses to help lower BS levels significantly, is that it?
Your BD plan sounds like a great way to do it I would concur it seems you O’d for sure with such a steep and sustained rise in temp – woohoo for TWW!

I had to laugh as we dtd last night - cd3,hubby was uber keen (my cunning “kinky all month wife” plan clearly has effects mooohahaha *evil laugh*) – and it actually was good – had the big O : so afterwards I thought about what you told me - I figured, might as well get started as early as possible in the cycle with this ‘O every time’ business lol
My stepper with resistance bands arrives today so will also get into a more strict weights/exercise regime to gain a tad of muscle over the next couple of weeks- can’t hurt right?!

Ok – so I only use IC opk test strips atm – but was thinking, is it worth investing in a box of CB opks just to confirm O you reckon? And if so, which ones? Seems there are a few different ones available...I’m worried I might drive myself crazy if there are “conflicting” results between CB and IC – but at the same time, I want to optimise my chances too…thoughts oh Clearblue opk gurus?
Browsing on the net I can find here the pink ones (LH only I assume?) – and the purple ones (dual hormone – more sensitive but more exxy too) -
