But as they say....if you always do what you've always done you will always get what you always got! My new motto.
Lol nicely said Pop... your diet sounds fab, i just think mines BORING lol.. i do try to experiment but Ive come to the point where i really dont want to eat what i cant stomach and we shouldnt have to either lol.. The diet isnt hard and eating after 1-2 hours is a must for me now i get shaky if i dont eat on time!.. I know what you mean about not having to eat so much I just hate having to be presice with eating and not eating whenever your feel like to.. AHHH GONE ARE THOSE DAYS!! i know in pregnancy i cant handle staying hungry i was VERY bad with my DD i would wake up 4/5am to eat because my belly hurt so bad of hunger!!

Thats a great idea We do bring whole grain wraps home sometimes we eat them,
I have whole grain crackers besides from eating Tuna or cheese with tomatoes what else could we eat with the crackers which could make it in to a meal rather than a snack and more filling perhaps?

Sweet option = natural peanut butter with sliced banana and squeeze of honey.

Savory options = Asparagus wrapped in smoked salmon with some cottage cheese

Hard boiled egg sliced with ham, spinach leaves, onion and a drizzle of mayonnaise

    Avocado, cheese, tomato, chicken

BFN... I'm so relieved, I'm sure if I were pregnant it would be another girl. I'm scared and excited to sway for a boy.

Ok I just wanted to ask something its probobly silly but i wasnt sure, when were in the month of attempt.. when exactly is it classed as a MONTH, because My AF usually arrives around 28-30 days and. I usually ovulate cycle day 12-13 and Iam looking to TTC in May from my calculations if Af stays consistent I will have my AF first week of May and prob Ovulate around 2nd week May,now does this mean i would need to start DTD in April ? if yes roughly around when?

sorry i know this is confusing just let me know ladies if you guys dont understand! x
