Okay, so how does everyone stay calm and stress-free during the 2ww? I am always convincing myself that there is something wrong with me and dh when I don't get pregnant. This month I think it has something to do with my short cycle and short af. This could all be in my head (I'm going to dr in a couple weeks to get checked just in case) so I want to come up with ways to not obsess or stress while I'm waiting for af. I am a type A person so I think it's in my nature. I would love to hear what everyone does. I feel like it really does help to be stress free.

Hey cinns yes inside is fine for us according to him it's less messy well for him it is! Sorry tmi lol.. And we always usually do 2-4days so that's not a problem.
Kiki.. I'm in 2ww I just keep myself busy and completely avoid even picking apart every twinge or queas I feel before my brain makes me believe it..I know the brain can do amazing things especially at times like this we suddenly feel more "sensitive" so I'm trying not to..
And I have mental prepared myself to not fall preggers right away hence the reason I went with a "trial" attempt month if you'd like to call it that..
How many DPO are youv

I'm in the 2ww and drinking coconut water like a crazy person. It is so expensive! I have noticed since adding all the extra juice to my diet I am starting to put the kilos on. I think I might need to scale it back a little.

I find the 2ww very hard this time around, i dont know why. But trying to stay busy with the girls and making plans in the 2ww helps me forget about it. With both my pregnancies I tested after af was due. I remember back then I stayed busy which kept my mind off it all and avoided testing early

Thanks for all the advice. I still don't like coconut water or v8 but they are much more manageable now. I'm still worried about being sick but I'll be off antibiotics before our attempts. I'm going to do some light weights today too. I never thought I would get so sick in April!
I think I'm going to take Cinss advice and take a break in the 2ww. I don't like getting anxious and obsessive and this feeds into my craziness sometimes, haha. I am going to try SMEP this month too.

It is very very hard. For me it was the willpower not to go looking up what every twinge and feeling meant for other women online. But I just wanted to let you know that I two thought that something was wrong with me when I had a short cycle and a very light 2 day AF on the month before my BFPcycle.
