Just popping in again. I have been on LE for almost three weeks now and running 6 times a week. Hardly losing any weight so I got so frustrated I ate a lot yesterday and today also. Unfortunately I eat when I'm not happy.
But tomorrow I will be back on track and expext to o in about three weeks.
So sorry boysway, it seemed to be all coming together but apparently not :-(
Good luck rosie!

My gender dreaming success arrived safe July 2015.He is a complete dream come true and an absolutely beautiful little boy.
A huge thank you to Atomic for all her encouragement when I was up against things out of my control and ready to chuck it in. I can never thank you enough. Thank you also to all the other knowledgeable and ever supportive ladies that have helped and encouraged me. I truly believe my dream would not have come true without this site, my boy gender plan and the incredible love and support.

Girls, for me, it works myfitnesspal verryy good. I set up to 1200 kcal and only eat 2 times/day. I go up to 1500 once a week(usually at weekend when I go out with my hunby and eat at restaurant).
Just set a goal and everytime you want to eat extra, think that you might get the opossite gender. For me it works! I
loose 1kg/week. My attempt is in November and I need to keep the weight for the next week same..else, will loose too much and I dont want to make a mistake exactlly at my attempt. My family puzzle is complete now 💕
Thank you Atomic! 😍
