Signingmommy, it's completely normal to cramp for a few days after ovulation. I think I read it's from the fluid released with the egg, it can irritate the abdominal area. It can also be from the uterus contracting to propel the egg downward from the fallopian tube into the uterus. I get crampy too after ovulation.

Hey everyone! Sorry I took a step back for a few weeks. I had to reassess my sway and relax. This is the first and only month I plan on going couch potato... It's killing me but I figured it was worth a shot. I'm also not doing supplements or rephresh this month either. I guess my only sway in this 9th month is diet and timing? Odds don't feel in my favor to be honest. I'm just really trying to chill out and stop the emotionally rollercoaster.

signingmommy, I always cramp for a few days after ovulation. I don't think it's anything to worry about. I honestly think it's a good thing and a sign of a strong ovulation.
Hi Lauren!I have everything crossed that this is your month!!
I think that you'll have just as strong of a sway with only doing LE. Don't forget that it's a pattern of behavior over time that sways, which is why we do the diet for a while before we even attempt. Are you going to do E4D or have you already tried it? Sorry, that I don't remember. If not, I'm sure atomic would recommend it since you've been ttc for so long.
I had an excellent visit with my RE. He did not do an HCG test as he felt it was too early. He did do a ton of other testing though, based on my medical history and the fact that I just had my 4th miscarriage. He's concerned that there is something else going on and apparently, he didn't know about my MTHFR problem (it's a clotting disorder which caused me to have 3 TIAs a few years ago & as a result take aspirin daily). He said that he wants to rule out other conditions as well, so they drew 11 vials of blood!! I should (hopefully) have some answers by the end of next week. I told him that there is a really high possibility that I'm currently pregnant and very concerned about another miscarriage. He said once the pregnancy is confirmed to be in my uterus, he's going to start me on daily heparin for my clotting disorder. I have also decided that I'm going to use him as my OB instead of returning to the horrible one I saw with my miscarriage. He has no problem with that and would actually prefer it. He said that if I'm not pregnant right now, we can either do clomid again or switch to injectibles. We could also jump to IVF with PGD if we wanted to. He said it's totally up to us what happens next. He said since I've already had 4 children, he doesn't think we need to do IVF but he would support us if that's what we chose. So,
that I get a BFP tomorrow and that my numbers increase normally so I can get an early ultrasound to confirm that it's in my uterus and get started on the heparin asap!
I am feeling much more confident that my next (or current) pregnancy will be successful now that I've had this discussion with my RE. Yay!

Momamia- I'm so glad you are feeling hopeful! That's always a huge help!
We are still every 10 days with one attempt at positive opk. That's the one thing I'm so scared to give up. :/

You should talk to atomic about it. You've been swaying super hardcore and I don't think changing that would have as big of a negative impact as you think. But, I could be wrong. I just know that she adjusted my dtd schedule a lot with each month. I know that it's different for every swayer, but I think it's at least worth messaging her about.
Obviously it's up to you, but that's my two cents. Good luck with whatever you decide.
When do you expect/anticipate to O?
