tweedledum, I obviously don't know if I'm pregnant yet but I've had loads of cramping and I also had cramping in the tww with DS3. I wonder if we just feel things more because our bodies have done it before? Mine might be playing a nasty trick on me!

tweedle - I always have cramping for the first month or two of pregnancy.
I'm wondering if part of the problem with my OPKs is all the Diet Pepsi I'm drinking. I think I had about 4-5 cans yesterday, and the stuff makes me have to pee constantly. I try my best to hold my pee for 3 hours, but I usually have had something to drink within that time period (there are only so many hours in a day and a lot of Diet Pepsi to drink). So maybe diluted pee is to blame? That would explain why the darkest one was first thing in the morning, before I'd had a chance to drink anything. I'm trying to hold my pee right now so I can test after lunch, but since waking this morning I've had 2 cups of coffee and 2 glasses of Crystal Light, so it'll probably too diluted to tell me anything. Oh well, I guess I'll just keep BDing until my temps go up.

Yep - just as I suspected - my OPK was even lighter just now, at 12:30, than it was at 8:30 this morning. When I line up all my OPKs, I see a darkening trend up until CD13AM, with a lightening trend up until now. I think I'm going to assume my surge happened in the very early morning of CD13, which would mean O would happen today sometime if I go by previous months. Hopefully my temps tomorrow will prove me right! In the meantime, I'm going to drop SP and Vitex as Z suggested - I'd be dropping it tomorrow anyway if I O, and if I haven't O'd maybe dropping them will help it come more quickly.

Hi all,
Mocha, I'd definitely go by temps and just keep bding until you see the rise! Fx for tomorrow!
Z, I am stalking you in 2 ww but have less time to comment at the moment, I'm very excited for you, it all looks very prominsing!!
Rainbow, if I am still on this diet (probably only on my 4th attempt if previous cycles carry on!!!!) I will eat completely normally over Christmas, I do anyway most Sundays.
Tweedle, good news about the spotting stopping. I think we do notice more in the 2ww as we're obsessing over every little thing, you may have had it in previous pregnancies but not noticed it. I had uncomfortable feelings around that area before getting a bfp with ds2. Fx for you, xx

Hi all,
We have had a few days in Disneyland Paris this week and saw so many little girls dressed as disney princesses. That place really is the worst for gender desire in the pink variety! I just can't help feeling that whatever I do, I will get another Buzz Lightyear to add to the 2 we already have.
To cap it all off, I did appaulingly on the diet - the French don't really understand 'vegetarian' but I did drink a ton of diet coke. Oh well back to the hardcore diet this week! I still have some time........
GL in the 2WW Zanacal and FX for a stronger BFP Tweedledum. x

Welcome back, maybeoneday! Hope you had a nice trip, though I understand the difficulty of being surrounded by little girls.
I was very careful this afternoon to stop having drinks for 3 hours before testing with an OPK, and I finally got a definite positive. In fact, my test line is even darker than the control line. So my guess is that O will be one day later than usual and come tomorrow, on CD15. We did get an attempt in this afternoon, and if dh is still awake when I get home tonight we'll dtd again. I'll be sooooo happy to take a break from all this sex when I know O is done!

Hooray mocha, so glad you're almost done! I hope you enjoyed your girls' night last night too. Good to relax in amongst all this craziness!!
Hi maybe! Would you recommend Disneyland Paris? We'd like to take the children to Florida but I can't see it happening until they're much, much older so I quite fancy Paris in the meantime (if we can ever afford it!). I completely understand how you must have felt with all the cute little fairies and princesses everywhere though! Thanks for your well wishes.
A BFN for me today and I'm going to try and steer clear from testing for a few days as I have none of the sensitive ICs left - and I'm not going to buy any more either!! I honestly have no idea why I'm even testing this early as I've never had such an early BFP before so there's no reason to expect I would this time. I guess you see some other ladies on the site getting early BFPs so you get your hopes up that you should too but it's probaby the exception to the general rule! I'm losing hope by the day thanks to all those BFNs!2005

zana don't lose hope - some eggs don't even implant until 10dpo and you wouldn't get a BFP for several days after that

Z, Disneyland Paris was great. We took the Eurostar from London and it was brilliant. It takes you directly to the gates of Disney so no time wasted. Eurostar is great as well because you don't pay for children under 4. They are supposed to sit on your lap, but we risked it and used empty seats so we all had one. It is pretty expensive though and the Euro rate doesn't help. We did 2 days (one night) but would recommend 3 days (2 nights) if we were to go again as there is so much to see. Hope that helps!
Keeping my fingers crossed for a BFP in a few days Z, don't get down. You are not out yet!
Swish, good luck with the frequent release - I think my DH is looking forward to that part.... xx- January 2008,
