Lol, If it makes you feel any better, we are having catfish tonight so it's gonna be a high protein night here too!

Besides you have to have something better planned to celebrate a BFP than chicken I have a big 'ol pack of chops set aside. Hubby keeps grabbing them, hinting at wanting them and I am like "Nope! That is our 'I'm pregnant and I can eat red-meat again' celebration meal"

It's funny because I was the opposite I went from not allowing myself to have anything remotely "unhealthy" always trying to spend my calories on the best nutrition foods that my splurge after BFP was a dirty big Chinese takeaway & a packet of my favourite biscuits

hahaha! mmmm chops!! I love making chunky steak pies - whether guinness or beef and mushroom but it takes so long to slow cook lol. I'd be standing in the kitchen staring at the crockpot for 6 hours lol! What I've really missed bad is a kfc zinger burger that was always my treat and now I'm worried it'll taste terrible lol!!!

It was delicious, I felt so guilty though I still find I'm sticking to HE and looking for the best protein choices Im almost afraid not to. I don't think I will ever go back to my awful diet if I'm honest.

I still do most of the LE diet things. I don't have breakfast until I'm up for at least two hours- I just don't feel hungry like I used to! I eat meat but just a little with my veggies or complex carb. I have 1-2 small snacks a day, this is different, but I allow myself to eat a tiny amount of whatever I'm craving. I don't think I'll have a hard time going back to it full force.

I can't believe how much protein I used to eat! I don't usually eat junk both while swaying or pregnant. Crazy, huh? And I'm 21 weeks!!
