ELP, your kids are very cute! Little Dave will fit in nicelyDo you think you will call him Dave for short?
WP, good news that the storms didn't cause too much damage, must have been a big relief.
My scan is tomorrow morning (Wednesday). I am very nervous that there won't be a heartbeat or it won't be in the right spot. Just want it to hurry up!

Hi Everyone! I just became a dream member and wanted to introduce myself. I currently have 2 DD’s and I am praying for a DS next. We are on the fence about swaying, going HT or even adopting. For now, I am assuming we will sway. I did sway using IG last time and was blessed instead with DD2, whom is incredibly perfect. I will be trying HE this time around. Sorry to ramble! I have a quick question, for those of you who had successful boy sways, what is the age gap between your DD and DS? I have a theory (one made up in my head) that a short age gap sways girl and a large gap sways boy…. but again, this isn’t scientific just something I have convinced myself of.

Now this is something I think about, but with a difference! And it comes down again to body condition. Pregnancy itself can either improve or unimprove body condition, for me it improves as I eat better and control weight gain, plus build muscle carrying the baby belly so my closer pregnancies have been boys! But other ladies pregnancy may unimprove body condition with maybe a bigger weight gain, poorer diet and more nutrients being taken by baby so meaning their bodies are left in girl territory!
wanna, what was your age gap, weight gain and body condition after pregnancy do you think??

I will definately be calling him Davey lol!! Unless anyone can come up with something else cute from David????? He wont have a middle name so even the chance of a DJ or DC is out, its just gonna be David (barf), Dave (barf)or Davey-boy!

ELP: People normally call your children whatever you do, so most people will probably call him Davey....which I like. When is your next appt?
Bec: Good Luck tomorrow, I hope we get to see some pics. Seems like it has been a while since we had an u/s with pics.
Hobber: You said you weren't finding out, right?
Wow, 15wks to go for me. That seems so short, but thinking in months, June seems far away. I can't wait for the new baby, but I still have tons to do.
I hope Begonia gives us an update when she feels up to it.thank you GD

This makes sense, i never really thought of pregnancy having a different effect on a woman's body. For me, I am very petite and tend to gain a good bit during pregnancy. I do gain healthy weight though through good foods. I breastfeed DD1 until she was 10 months and then conceived DD2 2 months later (actually conceived on DD1's first birthday). Do you think my breastfeeding then jumping into another pregnancy could have messed with my sway?
