Hi Atomic, I still do not have access to the book I purchased. I would love to see it soon as I am struggling with meal ideas and falling short in proteins, fats and potassium for daily consumption. I would like to share with you what I had today and maybe you could offer some advice to tweak it a bit.

Skipped breakfast
8:30am : coffee
12:00pm: coffee, Apple, 1 cup brown rice, 2 tsps lite spy sauce
4:30pm green peppers with 2 tbsp hummus
1 sprouted grain tortilla, 1/4 cup sauce, 1tbsp mozzarella cheese, 1 michelob ultra beer

Cals: 1087
Protein: 24
Fat: 18
Sodium: 983
Potassium: 938

I seem to be falling short on nutrients except for sodium (of course)

I don't know if the book will help give some ideas or if you could offer some advice!

Hi I've just purchased the complete ttc girl package too, as well as the dream member. Just not sure what to do or where to go from here. I haven't received any emails & I checked my junk. And I can't access any private rooms either. Thank you for your help.
