Sooo my chart has me down as 3dpo today? On CD13 saying I ovulated that same day as the positive OPK? Looking back I remember distinctive O pain on my right side but I thought it was just my mind playing tricks as I was convinced the vitex had given me the result. Anyway im glad I BD that night so I got an attempt in!

Will be testing sooner than I thought [emoji16]

My post 1 hour sleep temp was only 35.8. Not paying much attention to them though as im on my 4th night tonight and majorly sleep deprived. Am very much looking forward to a sleep in on Sunday 😆

Yeah I'm pretty lucky in that sense. Rarely see ewcm nowadays but definate shift from watery pre o to creamy lotion type post o has been very consistent

I went back through my calendar and counted I've been on le diet for 31 weeks yesterday! BUT the last 3 cycles 2ww I never monitored nutritional intake which I would've gone over in as I was having meat during those days. Still stuck to 2 meals and skipped brekky though Tonights dinner is chicken, cheese and avacado toasties! I'm so excited [emoji23] its one of my fav meals that I've rarely had for the last 6 months! Cant believe I'm excited about toasted sangers [emoji23]
