My gender scan has been moved from the 10th now to the 7th of July. I'm excited but I also have this sinking feeling I'm going to be disappointed. Could my sinking feeling be wrong?

BR, yes. If your sinking feeling is like my sinking feeling, it is less an indication that you know what you are having and more that you are just preparing yourself. I've met a few moms of boys who then had a girl the last time and they say, "I was sure I was going to be a mom of boys and then along came this girl!" I've met lots who just had boys too. But just saying...there is always a possibility before you find out.

BR I think that feeling you have is just nerves, not necessarily an indication baby is a boy. It's always nerve wracking to find out what you're having.

Someone in my fb group had a 16 week gender scan was told girl she just had her 20 week scan and now told boy I'm really scared if that happening too

I'm starting to get angry. I hate when people refer to this baby as girl, she, her, etc. It hurts my feelings. And I feel more private with this pregnancy.

Aw stink. If it helps at all, with your nub shot I don't think there is anything wrong with being hopeful for a girl. What I would say to people if they annoy you is, 'please don't use a pronoun yet because we don't know what we are having.' That's not rude at all IMO.

I have been telling people to please stop referring to this baby as she. They have so far. My husband won't stop though because it's his coping mechanism. I posted my nub shot and got one girl reply, 2 boys and one reply that it's far too early and pointless. And then when I asked for future reference where you look for comparison on the spine, I got a reply that was not an answer but a repeat, "it's too early". That's annoying.

Anyone use essential oils? I used peppermint tonight but felt it was too concentrated so I washed it off. I wanted to be safe.
