Potatoes are free for protein? Does this apply to the alternate LE diet too? Wow- I can eat a bit more protein now! Does anyone know if peas are free for protein too?

Are you counting the protein and fat in higher carb vegetables and fruit, and ANYTHING in lower carb veg (the non-sweet/starchy ones???) Higher carb veg (including potatoes!!) and fruit are FREE for protein and fat, and lower carb veg are free and unlimited for everything and so when people track on line, you will have to compensate for that. That's generally what happens when people can't stick in the limits, they're counting things that they don't need to be counting.

Hopeful your temps are running higher this cycle, compared to pre o temps last... what cd did you switch to vaginally temping? Have you started sleeping with extra bedding? [emoji848]

Not sure about alternate diet but I wouldn't think peas would be counted? Maybe find an existing thread about the diet you can jump in and ask for complete verification? (Atomic may not see your question in here) I cant see how a serve of peas will matter in the scheme of things though.

I noticed that also, i just went and checked, I switched cd17 of last cycle. As we were all sick and thought it might be more accurate. I was hoping this month would be better.... No extra bedding than normal. Maybe all my stress has sent my cycle haywire . Lol

Well we'll see what tomorrow's temp does in case you've oed within 24-48 hours of pos opk. It'll all work out in the end. How is dh? Is he well enough for an attempt today? Maybe a possy that involves less movement and more rocking may be achievable??

Thx u mummy2boys, emshe, Hopeful, pbn, Abc. My temp dropped this morning and af is here but for the first time not in the morning but in the evening, maybe it is good sign... I praythis month is succesful for us and i will see here many photos with bfp.

Hubby is due to release, last was Saturday night. Do we just dtd because otherwise it might be that he releases and then it’s too soon for new sperm if opk shows up next day?

Or does it not matter & I should just keep waiting for that elusive +be opk!?

Has he been releasing at all? I am SO very much NOT an expert on this, but looking at your previous cycle, it's like clomid did nothing for you and you're going to O near CD20 again. I'm just having this gut feeling that we both are going to get +opk in the next two days and be on similar tests days and both get our BFP.

So I vote to get it on girl! Have your attempt! And then in 4 days if you dont get your confirmed O, then attempt again.
