Right ladies, I am compiling the final list for the secret santa and pm everyone with the person they have got to get a present for at the end of the week, then we will have a couple of weeks to shop/ make and still be time for it to arrive before Christmas. Most of us are already on the list, if you want to be included just give me a shout, the more the merrier!
TLM- I'm sure you are in, do you want to write a little note about the kind of colours, shop, style you like to help your secret santa?
Chocolate, Karo, Kell, Maybepink3, 2monkeys, Petal, ILP, are you interested? Obviously no pressure at all, just don't want anyone to get left out!

chocolate, i am on progesterone crinone for my lp defect. It is a cream in an applicator that you insert into the vagina. I find it best to insert at bedtime as then it doesnt leak out (i tried using it in the morning and it was disgusting!) and by the time the morning comes, pretty much all of it has been absorbed. You have to clear the remnants out of your vg every few days but again this is a small price to pay for a lp that goes from 9 to 13 days! hope that helps. I went to my docs and said i had been charting for months and said i have an lp defect and that i had heard progesterone helps. They didnt seem to query me at all. Annoyingly i forgot to take mine last mine

Yep, the pressure!! Run a nice boiling hot bath lol, then get out some lavender oil/lotion and give each other a massage to chill out :-)
