If I DO conceive this cycle, I'd be surprised if it wasn't a boy, because I feel like my diet sucked. I DID lose 6lbs prior to ovulation, but... don't know! I'm full of the "looking back on everything" thoughts today.

To be honest with you I feel the same exact way I'd be shocked if I had a girl due to my diet of meat meat and more meat!

Hi ladies! I am joining in the TTC thread. Yay! I just O'd on Monday so I am waiting for AF and then we will start with FR and go for our first TTC cycle. How long have most of you been TTC and if you are pg, how long did it take?

Hi NC, and welcome!

I switched to mostly vegetarian at the start of Oct. 2011 and started the LE diet at the end of December, including going fully vegetarian and eating only twice a day (noon or later and 6 p.m. or later). I was on the diet about 6-7 weeks before our first attempt. It took me four cycles to get my bfp, which I just got four days ago. I'll be adding my sway in the "add your sway" section soon, but this was my first cycle off of Vitex and not using Sylk (I also didn't use antihistamines, but I had essentially no fertile-looking CM, anyway). My DH did FR for a week before our first attempt and we BD daily for six days, through O. I was taking saw palmetto and I did use RepHresh (and saliva for lube) and most BD was with me on top and never with a big O for me.

How's that for more information than you asked for?

Thanks Dramabird! I love hearing everyone's stories. I actually might end up O'ing in June if AF or O shows a little early. I can't believe the time is finally here. When I had my IUD taken out in March, I felt like it was still a year away!

Also, this morning when I wiped there was the smallest tiny tiny brown line on it... But it could have easily been there before I wiped, i.e. natural variation of the papers fibers... and, let's face it, because my temp was back up this morning... I had to use a cheapie from the pound store (I bought a two pack the other day)... there is a very faint second line, I swear! Not quite as faint as that earlier test... but definitely easier to spot! !!!

I took it right before I left for work so I've brought the test with me to stare at better when I get to work.

Also, what could have made that very faint line appear from the test taken days ago if there had been no implantation yet???
