Sweetdream- Congrats!!! I can totally see that line, faint, but its a line!
Mum- you poor thing. You are under way too much stress...which sways boy, so knock it off!
Just kidding. Sorry, Hun.
LaVie- I completely do NOT understand the whole 4 day thing. I thought that's how you make boys ( I made 3 that way!) so I wish I had some advice for you. the 2 x I conceived girls we dtd 2-3 times a day for 3 days in a row with a one day cut off. If that helps at all. but good luck and have a wonderful time with your sister!!!

Thanks sweet dream. We did dtd last night as I gave DH the choice of the start of the 4 day bd thing and of course he couldn't wait lol. Now I'm thinking we might might have already mess up?!
Fivebabies. I know I don't really understand it all but I conceived my 3 boys with bding every day or every 2 days so I think this is different and might sway pink for us. Who knows? ;-)2003 - 2005 - 2013

sweetdream- Thats a beautiful line, congratulations! So happy for you!
stephk - oooh, I know it's hard to stay optimistic sometimes, but don't count yourself out yet! Your symptoms sounds pretty promising this month! And about alcohol during 2ww - I shared a bottle of champagne day before testing positive this cycle (it was our anniversary). I live more or less like any other weeks and do not skip alcohol (even if i don't drink it as much as before o in order to sway). After I see a line, I go for 0 alcohol though. Just around implant or first week I don't think that any foods that I eat or drink affects the egg. Most people wouldn't even know they are pg before a few weeks later.
Mum - wish I could say something clever and helpful, I hope everything calms down for you soon. You really don't need fights and worrying for all those things now. Hugs!Gorgeous4

Beautiful line Sweetdream!!!!!! I'd try in the morning with second morning urine as lots get dark lines then.
Steph-- You're not out yet. Fingers crossed for you still as your symptoms sounded promising!
Lavie-- The highest rates of pregnancy occur with dtd 1 or 2 days before O. So if you typically O on day 18 then I'd make sure you dtd on either CD16 or 17. DTD on O day actually has really low pregnancy rates since it can take up to 12 hours for the sperm to make it to the fallopian tubes and by then the egg can be dead! You want the sperm in the tubes ready and waiting when the egg pops! Good luck!Me: 35 years old. Was an infant nanny and birth and postpartum doula. Now a full time SAHM.

July 2016: Laproscopic surgery to remove a ping pong ball sized endometrioma on left ovary and 3 pea size fibroids on outside of uterus. Hysteroscopy to remove one larger "penetrating fibroid" inside uterus.
Oct 2016: Heartbroken after DH's vasectomy. Looks like my dreams of a daughter are gone.
