Things are bad here. We had to move in with my parents. Dh is still jobless. Baby girl is helping to pull us through this dark time. Hoping she is our good luck charm!

Waiting for my rainbow baby...any day now I am told. I am not sure if anybody else is left to deliver a rainbow baby in this group- I am finding this wait particularly hard because I am so worried she may not be healthy or normal. After a loss it's hard to imagine the perfection of a newborn baby being true. Cannot wait to see her face, breathe her innocence and feel her warmth. [emoji175][emoji171][emoji175]

2boys- I am so excited for you! I can't imagine how long of a wait it feels like for you. I am just 36 weeks and also feeling anxious about baby finally being here. I feel like I am SO fortunate to be getting my daughter and am just waiting for something to go wrong and spoil that. I think it's fairly normal to have 'out of our control' feelings this close to EDD. Best of luck. I'm sure it will all go well!
I am due 11/5 but it sure would be amazing to have this babe a day or two early!

I know what you mean emileejane. After waiting for a daughter for so long I fear that something will happen to her now that I am so close to actually having her. My due date is October 24th. I am so wishing she arrived early as my mom won't be able to be here if she waits til the 24ish due to her cancer treatments. Also my sons bday is the 28th- trying to avoid that as well. It's beyond my control tho! I had my first exam today and I am not dilated or effaced so I foresee this playing out as my last birth- a little late.

Oh i hope she changes her mind and comes earlier for you 2 boys. I am due October 25th and also hope she will come sooner. My husband has birtday the 26th and his sisster the 27th.. so hoping to avoid those dates. But i guess she will come when she is ready..

C section went great actually. Surgery itself was a bit scary and I wasn't expecting the spinal to make me feel so... Weird. Best way to describe it is at some point things felt more dream like than real... Day after was the hardest and things quickly got better after that. Late day 3 and day 4 I felt almost normal.

Her shoulders were going to be too big despite being a pound lighter than my last. They made comment on her shoulders and had to use forceps to get her out of me as she was down pretty low
