Three people in next came over and asked me if i needed any help and if i could find what i was after (apart from looking like a weird person loitering near the girl clothes trying to gain confidence to pick something up i had my boys with me so what they were probably saying was er are you sure your in the right aisle the boys stuff is over there!).

I came home so pleased with my two little dresses til i saw my best friend who said isn't it a bit early to be buying clothes your only just gone 20 weeks, its a bit like tempting fate i was so upset and now keeping thinking what if i have jinxed things? I did wait til 30 plus weeks with the first two boys (the third i brought something blue a couple of weeks after the 20 week us as a way of bonding with him)

Not sure why your friend would say that to you? Why wouldn't she just be happy for you and want to go shopping with you? Kind of weird. You should be able to enjoy buying those girly things!! You have waited long enough!!

I too found myself browsing the baby girl clothes the other day and it felt very odd in a good kind of way. I am waiting until after my 20 week US to actually buy anything (I still think this baby is going to turn into a boy) however, come 20 weeks DH better just stand back and let it happen
    Love my (2006) (2009) (2013) (2014)

    THANK YOU GENDER DREAMING!!!!!

I bought a ring sling on ebay... You get what you pay for i suppose, it was cheap (er) than the rest and it arrived today. To my horror it has rings made of PLASTIC! ummm not sure that complies with Australian Safety standards! Oh well at least DD has one now that she can put her dolls in while i get a different one
