Hi Dreamblue, welcome over. I personally don't put too much stock in the ions thing, so don't make it a huge focus of your sway. Most of us, just from old IG habit, put our cell phone on the abdomen after dtd for a while...or laptop....and we do still obsess about the moon thing, although in reality, doubt much of that REALLY matters. As you can see, this site has a much more laid back (and sensible, if you ask me) approach to swaying. We are more into diet and taking supplements and vitamins to make you a health machine and have lots of good ewcm. Although like TTC5 above, I think, said, we don't believe in cutting out dairy and having too much salt. I will tell you that I did the IG blue diet for 6 months and gained about 20lbs, and have gained more since then with the high-everything diet, so my advice if you are just starting out is to be careful about how many calories you consume....if you are used to a 1,600 a day diet and suddenly go up to 2,500 like I did, you will get WAY fat in a heartbeat. Many of us here gained a bunch of weight, so I think we have modified our diets, and the challenge is more like a high-everything diet without the massive calories and weight gain factor.
And by the way, I'm not swaying anymore, but have done it for over a year. As you can see from my sig, it's kinda pointless for me to sway, but I sure remember all of it, LOL. Glad to have you here and FX you get a little blue bean soon!

How are YOU, Flava? Doing ok? I'm good, just cried last night because in my fave tv show, Parenthood, one of the characters is having a baby next week and they showed a preview and I just bawled thinking I may never experience that again. My poor DH feels bad, he just cuddled me forever. ): I'm usually pretty strong about it, but I need to get used to the reality that we may never have one.

Dreamblue- coming off IG check out the high everything diet posted here, not nearly as restrictive so much easier to stick to. If you are going to do anything do diet, more important then anything else.
Finally getting cold here and I'm loving it, this baby is cooking me lol I'm getting bigger every day it seems and I'm starting to carry exactly like my girls, glad I already know or I'd be positive he's a girl too.Chloe 3/1/2002,

Lola my love, I hate when tv breaks my heart. After my m/c in Oct i wouldn't watch anying that had a preggo or a baby. That said I love Parenthood and anticipate crying my ass off next week so while you're watching know I'm with you

I'm not even going to lie Lola, I love that she's having a girl. They revealed that before my u/s and I was so relieved that I wouldn't have to watch a tv perfect baby boy after hearing girl. Random commercials make me cry these days and I love the Bravermans so oh yes the tears will flow. Good think dh is used to it by now, w/dd1 he thought I was nuts as I'm so not a cryer lol
