TTC boy this summer... sway buddies?

I’m out this cycle:/ We were so busy this week, and then for some reason I didn’t get a positive OPK yet, probably today, but dh is on a 48hr shift and won’t be home til Sunday. I’m really bummed out, I was looking forward to being done with the HE diet.

Idk about being done baby, I've seen a post where atomic recommend not stopping the diet as soon as you get the BFP but instead carrying on at least through the first semester before gradually going back to your old habits. Looks like sudden change in diet during pregnancy has been responsible for miscarriages and it seems to go with some sad stories I've read here and on French forums about people succeeding in their sway only to loose their baby a few months later. It seems to be particularly true of baby boys.

Oh no baby, that sucks! But maybe one month more makes your body even more blue friendly - that's what I'm going to tell myself when I get a BFN lol

I'm 5 or 6dpo now, waiting for the time to go by... no symptoms so far. Trying to carry on with the diet but not very good at it. As soon as ovulation was confirmed, I let go of running a tight ship haha

8dpo, no symptoms whatsoever...I'm surprised, thought I would (imagination-)feel something by now lol

when do you plan on testing AIRA?

cd7 for me. Should O somewhere around the cd12.... soooo , i will start testing OPK tomorrow

Sooo.. 10dpo, symptoms started haha twinges here bloating there, some moments I'm like wait, am I feeling light headed right now? Oh, that was a hot flash! Ah, that's nausea kicking in! And the next moment all gone and I'm like, don't be silly! Anyway it's too early to feel stuff already
I really don't know when I'm going to test. One one hand I like to think it had worked, on the other hand I want to know the truth and not feel like a fool if it hadn't... My plan was to hold out till AF was due but it's still 4 more days aaahh!

And my diet? I'm quite a bit angry with me for letting down on it. I fell back to old cookie-cake-fruit and ice cream. all carbs and no protein. Kids took over control again: breakfast is toast and jam, lunch is pasta and dinner is fries and ketchup. yesterday I went and bought myself a lamb shawarma and felt better afterwards lol I need to get ma stuff together and keep on doing the nuts and dried figs and all that...!
And let's not talk about exercise! I'm like "I can't do too exhausting gymnastics because I might be pregnant" lol what a stupid excuse I know. I'm just too lazyyyy! shame on me. need to fix that too.
