Just out of curiosity, can AF cramps happen 3 or 4 days before? I just wonder what they were from. It was literally the whole day! This cycle was so just so different. My temps.were so nice too.

Yes you can have uterine cramping at any time of month. Many people will notice cramps a few days before AF starts (I sure have).

Let's hope this was a reset cycle and things are going back to normal now.

Yes 1000 mg thru the follicular phase, then 500 or go to every other day on teh 1000 in the luteal phase.

Yes, it will still have benefit. The higher doses are for people with severe PCOS (and to be honest I don't trust it at that level even for them). I never have anyone use more than 2000 and I prefer anyone without severe PCOS to do 1000.
