I don't know if it is too early to actually be showing. But I deffently have a 'pregnant' belly. I am a small person to begin with. I am 5 feet 1, and usually am only around 120. I have now lost 5 pounds because of the MS! With my 3 boys I put on weight fast, but with my first and only girl. I lost 15 pounds in the first tri. So I have my fingers crossed this is a girl, but it is still different from my other girl, I haven't actually gotten 'sick'. I just can't for the life of me eat anything. I try but after a few bites I just can't do it anymore. I can hardly even drink anything...err. Hope everyone is having a good week!

mumof6 - i have put on 2.5kgs already! Admittedly i did indulge in a few extra easter eggs but not 2.5kgs worth!!
I think its a combination of a complete slow down of digestion and lack of movement for me. I totally feel the same, sluggish and ickk. Im so embarrassed when i do the school run now cause im trying to wear looser tops but its never really been my style so ive seen a few of the mum look a few seconds longer than normal lol but none of them dare ask casue they cant be sure as i just look like i have a bit of a tummy....
anyone doing any exercise?? Im going to the swimming pool tonight to walk laps like the old ladys hahah

No energy to exercise, especially since I've had a nasty cold. Funny story the teacher asked my ds1 what mummy was good at doing, mothers day project I think, and he says sitting down doing nothing. Ahhh kids! Im usually a really busy active person but he only remembers the last few weeks. I think I've only put on a kilo though and that is probably just on my boobs

I've already put on 7 pounds--probably because I could start eating normally again and get off that darn LE diet! I've had to do the rubber band around my pants for comfort. Last weekend I got all of my maternity clothes washed and organized because I think I'll need them earlier than I did with my previous pregnancies!

Is anyone else having a really hard time with morning sickness? I don't remember having it this bad with DS. I find that constant snacking is the only thing that really helps me now. I've definitely put on weight, although I haven't checked the scale. I don't want to take medication so I'm trying to eat "smarter" and have smaller snacks when I need them. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I am only about 7.5 weeks along. I hope this gets better soon.

Yeah my morning sickness comes and goes. All the mucous from my cold is making it worse. Last night I coughed so much I threw up in the bed. Luckily my husband hadn't come to bed yet and he avoided being hit then helped me clean up

Oh bythe******! What a time your having, sorry to hear that hun
Kids are so funny arent they hahah im the same usually very active and busy but this bub has floored me and the boys dont know what to do with all this spare time they have while i literally 'lay around'!
Im the same as you Baby4me, my ds's were a breeze compared to this one, i have ms ALL day and night. the boys were just in the afternoons. Constant snacking to try keep the ms away and mostly fruit but sometimes (like yesterday) i had two danish pastries cause i really thought that'd make me feel better - it didnt!
Hopefully it'll pass for us all soon and we can get back to some normality
