Stephk I'm sorry honey you have every reason to be frustrated....
I'm sure its coming the diet may have delayed your ovulation by up to a week or more??
I only use digi opks I know atomic does not recommend them but they work for me as it takes the stress out of is this positive? With the cheapies and the constant testing Just a thought

May 1st, 2014, 05:16 PM #154Kitkat18, I feel ya. I've dropped everything except for vegetarian diet. I'm eating LE but not on purpose. I started out with a super strict sway but now it would be nice to just get pregnant. Even with multiple attempts last month with a cut off I didn't get pregnant. Not sure what we're going to try this month.

Yes please god it is our turn. I feel more stupid as time goes on really loads of people around me PG and due in Oct/Nov when I thought I would be oh well. oh well.

Ladies we have to remember that when we do eventually get PG and we have that baby, boy or girl, we will be so glad of the timing and so glad of that baby. It's just SO horrible going through this to get it.

I had done really well on diet since Monday, we go on holiday tomorrow so what possessed me to eat chocolate last night!! I haven't been great on diet in April, been ok but not ideal given the holidays etc. I am very much looking forward a week of possibly zero exercise, 3-6 meals a day and alcohol on tap though!

 Good luck Odd.

Stephk, I think there's lots of us fed up. We need to keep the faith somehow though! But I have to say chocolate and red wine keep calling me this week!!! Got quite upset last night. Have been reading about the whole biological process of reproduction! Trying to work out whether I really did get an attempt in. My conclusion....who knows! It did remind me though what a miracle it is to get to the point when conception happens and as I'm pretty convinced if I get pregnant again it will be a boy, it was helpful for me to have that reminder. Still... I need to get that bfp yet!!!

Keep strong everyone. We can help each other along the way. I'm so glad to have this forum to share and know I'm not alone.

 Xxx

Odd - good luck, lets hope you have better luck than some of us.

looby - I remember reading all of that last time TTC and it stressed me out because I thought I would never get PG - in fact then it took 3 cycles of timing it exactly right and doing SMEP each time (people say that is really quick but sorry its not when you are going through it). And I was doing everything to raise fertility - lots of whole organic milk every day, prenatals, green tea, fish oils, folic acid, meat/fish every day, 3 meals plus snacks every day, DH taking zinc and green tea and banned from hot baths/showers etc - and that took 3 months of perfect timing with SMEP!!! This time I am doing the opposite apart from folic acid and really pray to god that my stupid GD doesnt stop me getting PG at all. In fact if May isnt my month I may actually switch to SMEP, I know it sways boy but my 36th birthday and DS 2nd birthday isnt far away I can keep up with the exercise no problem and although I am getting fed up of being on this diet (and defending being on the diet to DH) since the end of October I can cope for a bit longer. I can keep up with the exercise no problem and although I am getting fed up of being on this diet (and defending being on the diet to DH) since the end of October I can cope for a bit longer.

Thank god we all have this site and each other to say our real feelings to.

Kitkat, I know what you mean. I am so happy to see success stories here with people getting BFPs and getting thier girls, its great and it gives hope. But at the same time you do wonder when you will get your piece of good news.
