Mommamia I had the first non family birthday party 4 days before Christmas . I was so stressed out that no one would turn up. I take it that it doesn't get easier so.

I need to get back on track with my diet. I lost 1lb the 1st week and I put it back on this week with the whole house being sick

Pearl, no it does not get any easier. The party was Friday night and on Thursday night, one 1 kid rsvp'd!! Who does that?! My son was freaking out just as much as I was. I felt so horrible for him!! We were both really glad that more kids came.

I'm sure you'll get back on track. I have to make a conscious effort to get back on track when I start to go astray.

Luckily, DH has suddenly gotten very into it and he reminds me to stay on track. LOL!

I'm off to pack and get things ready for tomorrow. Have a great day everyone!

Ash when I was swaying blue. I used to split up my vits into different containers so I had some in work, some in my handbag and at home. So whenever I remembered them, I could take them immediately

I also use containers for both DH and myself. All the vitamins are measured and calculated in advance, LOL!

That's a good idea.... Do you take them all at the same time or split them up through the day? Right now I split them up....

I split them up:
Vit D in the morning
in between brewers yeast tablets(2), every other day
prenatals at lunch
couple of hours later wheat grass(2) tablets every day
DH takes all at once after work

Sc1411~ when are you doing your attempt? This month? Have you been lifting weights and for how long? I'm less then 3 months now so freaking out.....

What does everyone think of Apple cider vinegar? For boy?
