XX, thanks for sharing that. I have a custom plan and doing only what Atomic recommends. I would be too scared to add something by myself

I think I'm going to invest in a custom plan too. Pretty much decided we aren't going HT again, quite difficult to walk away and I'm very scared about ttc on our own but I think it's the only way we have a chance.

Just to update everyone, I'm getting a preggo test today after work and will be testing within a few hours! Fingers crossed means DH didn't screw up

ttc, the custom plan is great, I really recommend it! Deciding to try swaying over HT must be so hard and scary at the same time but I really hope it will work for you!

Nann, yay! It feels funny to be happy for someone not to be pregnant lol. But I understand it is terrifying. I had a small chance being pregnant earlier this year and I really didn't want to be cos I wanted to sway. But luckily I didn't get pregnant. It really scared me.

Yeah it's bittersweet! I would've been so excited to be pregnant.. But bummed I couldn't get a full sway in! So I am glad I'm not pregnant YET

Thanks 2x, it is really hard to walk away from HT especially when you see it does work for lots of people! Just not meant to be for us. I bought the custom plan at the end of last week, still waiting to hear back.

It's so quite here. I'm trying not to log in as much as I used to, trying not to obsess too much about swaying lol. I hope everyone is okay.

I started intense cardio a week ago. I've been pretty good with the diet. I don't know if I had a cheat last Saturday as I had two slices of lovely strawberry cake and didn't know how much calories, fat etc there was. I'm planning to have a cheat night in 3 weeks when we have a girls night out. Not sure am I going to eat much though but I think I'm going to drink wine during the night

I can't believe we will have our first attempt next month! Time goes so fast even if sometimes it feels it goes so slowly. Our summer holiday is over and now we are back to normal. Kind of like it even though it was so nice to be on holiday with our family and doing things together.

I've been on strict LE 5 weeks now. Right now it's easier, not thinking food as much as I used to. I hope it stays this way until our BFP...I'm trying not to think about swaying too much but I find myself dreaming of a little girl everyday.

Would be nice to hear how everyone is doing!

Hi 2x, it has gone very quiet! I'm still waiting to get my personalised plan. I'm struggling with the diet, have had a big slip up last few days. I need help with meal planning. I will start my cardio in a few weeks when the schools go back. I'm going to be bridesmaid at my sisters wedding in May so this is now affecting our timing. I probably will wait until October/November. Still very scared about it all x
