I don't post the plans so I don't know what the status is right now but if you want me to email you the original (it's the same information, just slightly less fancy version of it) please message me with your email address and I'll do that right away. Question about BBT. Is there a particular amount of a shift you need to see to confirm ovulation? I read it has to be .11 degrees Celsius from your temp the day before to be considered ovulation.
