embryos still need support, so for them to grow and develop normally.

do women usually take them or it is only for those who went through egg donation program?

Depends on the situation. the process of carrying doesn't differ when woman conceived naturally and when woman went through egg donation. Woman which conceived naturally also may need some hormonal support for foetus.

bcz my friends who have babies they only ate healthy food and took some vitamins.

It is normal for woman to eat healthy food and not only because of being pregnant but always not to have problems with health but unfortunately today we have rather fast rhythm of life so often forget about healthy life style.
But when woman is infertile and it is not so easy to get pregnant she should be more careful with her health and everything what is going on around. I want my baby to be healthy and happy, so follow all doctor's prescriptions. Tomorrow will go to the appointment, to check everything. Nothing special just visit in case)))

You know, I understand that it doesn't matter now whom I'll have boy or girl) When you wait for a child for so long gender is not the main point.
No, I don't know yet whom I'll have but soon I'll know.
