I wanna do the gender blood testing, but my insurance doesn't cover it and I just can't justify paying that out of pocket to find out for sure a tsk early. With all 3 boys it was undeniable at 16 weeks what gender was, I'm far too poor to shell out $350+ to not wonder for probably 4-6 weeks lol

It's hard isn't it unwirklich, I feel the same and in the end I decided not to do it because $350 doesn't change what's already in your belly it just lets you know that little bit earlier so I'm trying to be patient and I have such a strong feeling it will be a 3rd boy for us

Hey ladies I am going to jump in here!
I am due January 18th!
I am only 3 weeks and some days and I already feel as sick as I did at my peak sickness with my last pregnancy. I am in for some trouble I think.DS 12008

Longing, I was really optimistic I had my girl at first, cause I've never gotten any high degree of nausea before, and I did at first this round, but it's pretty much gone away. I'm actually kinda scared, cause I'm only 6 weeks, it shouldn't be going away. Though I had virtually no symptoms with my boys, and still not even a spot of blood, so I'm trying not to worry.
Sweetdream, thank youI'll make sure my midwife includes that in my first blood panel. I use a state funded free medical program, because for our family size we are considered low income..still waiting on it to come in. Though I I'm not far enough along for them to tell me much yet.

Unwirklich, you are just fine I am sure. Symptoms can come and go, maybe you just got a handle on how to deal with the nausea. If you didn't have it with other pregnancies I would think it is okay if it settles down quickly for you. If all your symptoms disappear completely and you just don't feel right then it would be time to worry.

congrats, rosie!
unwirklich- I know its hard not to worry but if you never got sick with your boys, your ms could just be short lived...with my DDs I literally was only sick a few days with them and never more than slight nausea with the boys. xx
