Too quiet! I'm doing okay. I'm struggling with the HE diet.. It's fun and delicious sure, but it's expensive! So much meat and potatoes.. I'm also struggling with what is NOT allowed.. Is there anything I shouldn't be eating??

As far al working out, I run a little here and there. It's taking everything in me not to work off this baby weight. I asked my husband last night actually if this is a good idea.. Getting pregnant only 6 months after DD was born.. He was super sweet and said he thinks it's a great idea for everyone and I will be happier keeping them close. So that was encouraging! just struggling with all this extra weight! I used to be a size 2-4 and now I'm like a 10-12... And I'm only 5'2"! Anyways.. I'll stop complaining just venting I suppose!

I am planning on waiting till oct/nov! I'm interesting to see if it's a one hit wonder or if it takes a few tries.

I'm still here too. Doing great on the LE diet I think. I look at week by week averages instead of daily numbers and that's been helping me avoiding stressing over it. I haven't lost any weight all month though. Still holding steady at 118. The
It's hard keeping up with the cardio with 2.5 and 1.5 year olds underfoot, so that's where I'm really struggling. I get in a bike ride 2 or 3 days a week, and we try to walk downtown for my older sons music class 1 day a week, but it's hard to find time for that hour work out every single day. We're go-go-go from 7am to 9pm and the boys don't nap at the same time, so someone is always needing me from sun up to sun down.

We're pushing our try either up or back by a month probably. Right now I'm thinking I've got 6 weeks til I get my iud out, putting our first attempt in early October but then sometimes we think it will be better to push into November or December to avoid the boy peak months and to hopefully make it through next summer before delivering. I really don't want to make the boys spend all summer in the NICU playroom.

Hi everyone, I have decided, with hubby of course, to TTC a girl this October. I have 3 gorgeous boys and I'm kind of terrified to get started. This is my last shot and I am desperately praying for success. My hubby has agreed to help in any way. I want to do everything as correct as possible to get a good chance at my sweet baby girl. Help needed!

locsofboys, welcome! Swaying is scary and exciting at the same time! Are you going to get a personalized plan? I recommend it

Ttc, yay for the plan! Sorry that you were struggling with the diet. Did you get help with planning the meals?

Nann, sorry that you are struggling with the diet aswell. I have no idea should you avoid something on HE. Your DH sounds great, it's nice when they are encouraging, makes things easier. But I guess it's normal to feel that way, doubt your decisions. I sometimes feel that too, thinking is it really a good idea to have a third child when my boys are pretty young and is it overwhelming to have three kids. But I know I really want this.

Has2, good job doing great on LE! I know it's hard to find time to exercise. Is you DH at home in the evenings, could he sometimes be with the boys and put them to bed when you go exercising? I'm doing that sometimes. Our boys go to bed around 7.30pm so that's pretty early and I have time to do the exercise after that. I work in the evenings three times a week (otherwise I'm at home with the boys) so those days I'm doing the exercise after work which is after 8.30pm. I always have do the exercise in the evenings except on the weekends. Then I can do it earlier. I hope you can find some time to do it!

I've been doing cardio 2 weeks now. I'm more hungry now! Haven't really increased my calorie intake. I'm dreaming having a burger or something really fatty and delicious lol. I'm already counting the weeks until first attempt. I shouldn't, still 6 weeks to go.

I'm having my wisdom teeth pulled out next Tuesday and after that I can't do the exercise for five days! I'm worried about that even though I asked Atomic and she said it's fine and doesn't matter. I was thinking maybe I skip exercise for two days after and then maybe do slow walks for couple of days. Sweating isn't allowed for five days after the teeth are pulled out. I hope everything works out...

Is anyone doing anything with the ions or old wives tales when swaying? I thought of buying lavender soap but can't find. Also was thinking of buying a baby girl's dress and put it under my mattress. But not going to stress over those, just for fun Oh and also found my old rose quartz necklace, maybe I should use it.

DH is home in the evening, but the boys don't go to bed until 9 or 930 and by then, I've got no energy left to get on my bike.

I'm trying a few of the old wives tale type things. I switched to lavender deodorant and put a vanilla lavender air freshener in our bedroom. And I'm going to go get the last two pieces of girls clothes that I've held onto to put under our bed. I also got rid of all the baby girl clothes I had been saving in our attic from my niece, because they were all 6-10 years old anyway, but I figure having no girl clothes and an attic full of bit things might give fate the last push I need haha.

Thanks 2xblue, It has been 13 years, but I still grieve her loss sometimes. I'm ready to put my all into swaying. My SIL has 3 girls and just gave birth to her first boy this year. She swears by the BD positions, not swaying at all, lol. But, I find myself looking at her lifestyle to see our differences. I eat healthy, mostly vegetarian, she eats a lot of fast food and a lot of meat, always has. I'm very slim, she is heavier. I'm very girly, she is a tomboy and competitive. We both don't really exercise, yet we have opposites. Hoping for a change and conceive a girl, like she got with her boy.

I just watched a youtube video of a mom who had 6 boys in a row and collapsed with surprise and joy when she found out #7 was a girl at her gender reveal party. I immediately started to cry (I mean an ugly cry) with mixed emotions. Happy that she got a girl but also sad that it took so many tries. I only have 1 try left. Maybe I'm emotional because I'm hungry and can't snack anymore.

Locsofboys That's such an awesome story about the 6 boys and 7th girl!! I would be like checking gender again at every appt!! I'm so worried I will be like that but with all girls! I'm so worried about my current sway I'm actually considering adopting for my second. That way when I do try again, I won't have to worry as much cuz I have my boy! But then again, I want more than anything to have a boy of my own blood ya know? Idk my just majorly stressing out about my sway.. I'm scared to get a girl.. I know I ton of you boy moms are cringing when I say that! But you understand me I'm sure!!
