I am starving 2day, have had two coffees so far, never been a coffee drinker, am starting to enjoy it now
Chocolate, r you doing your 60 mins on the TM?
Wen i was pregnant with DS3, i was talking with my midwife, she had 2 boys then twin girls. Midwife said after her DS2 she used to cycle everywhere, lost so much weight then unexpectedly fell pregnant with her girls. I have been more aware of family dynamics since learning about swaying and it all soon interestingDS12010

I've done 25 mins on the cross trainer and 35 on the bike but very low speeds though, will crank it up the month of ttc. I'm finding it very hard to get enough calories and don't want to exercise hard and loose too much weight now as haven't got much to loose.
I'm finding I'm analysing all the girl mums I know too!

Wine on the menu sounds good to me! After doing my hubby's and childrens foods I am not often in the mood to make myself anything, I have been eating the Birdseye bags of rice and pasta, just pop the in the microwave.
With a yohurt or icecream and some sweets after I'm full! And the rice and pasta taste quite nice, especially the mediterranean flavour ones! Sometimes I add a bit of salmon or chicken!Last edited by Beautifulrainbow; March 1st, 2016 at 06:42 AM.

I have been looking into the people I know who have girls too, and the only 3 I knew close enough to know what they were upto, on ate loads of chocolate, macdonalds, takeaways, smacked all the time and drank sports, never exercised, another ate low calories meals I often caught her just eating a bowl of broccoli, cheese sauce and a small amount of bacon but again no exercise and walked no more than I did!
The 3rd would be an 86 year old who I take shopping she was the only girl and she only had one girl, never exercised, but it was around the time of the war food was scarce, but ate lots of oranges, Walked everywhere though!
