We're okay... a little water got in our cellar but untouched mostly as we're on a slight incline. It pretty much stayed at the end of our road. Our little town has suffered, though.
but we've got a tough community!

Oh, fish - soda, jellybeans, skittles, marshmallow fluff (you can find it in the spread section with jam and stuff in Sainsburys... yummmm), jam on a plain unsalted rice cake, etc.

Why not try the CARAMEL large sized rice cakes (i.e. Snack a Jacks)? They're pretty low in everything but 50 cal per cake and are really good (I actually stopped buying them for my sway because I always ended up binging which made it the *opposite* thing I wanted for my diet, haha!).

*or* you could try the Weight Watchers Carrot or Lemon cake slices... because they're about 80-90 something calories but VERY low in fat... and cake-like.

Hi I'm in the uk too! Think my diet was very like the le at the moment but just full of sauces fat and loads of tea with full fat milk and of course loads of cake a chocolate oh and meat meat meat so
not having them and am struggling loads with this diet more so that you have to analyse everything you eat! Stressful and Grim!!!!
I found a cheese in waitrose that is totally vegetarian and just like parmesan. Really nice too!
