So sorry to hear this news tfahn.. Keeping you in my prayers. Please don't blame yourself. Everything happens for a reason and there's no way of knowing what caused this. So you can't dissect all your decisions else you'll go crazy! Hopeful that everything is going to be alright.. /:

Thanks Twointow and ksmom. Just not looking forward to explaining everything to DH tonight, He knew I was bleeding this morning but he has no idea about anything else. It just sucks cause I really thought December was going to be our month, I had the HSG done and 10 DPO was my DH's birthday and DD1 original due date. I tested Dec 22-24 but didn't Christmas morning for some reason and bleeding started the 26th. My temps still don't reflect a pregnancy in my opinion which I guess is caused by my low progesterone levels.

Tfahn, I don't think this was your fault at all and I hope you are feeling a little better. My dr once told me women could go through a lot with a healthy pregnancy and it would work out fine but if a pregnancy is not healthy, nothing will change that. I'm so sorry to hear this though. I completely understand having so many emotional ideas attached to a certain due date.
I really hope the next news you get helps bring some peace. I'll be thinking of you and your dh.

I have read a lot of stories on the internet about the same thing happening to other women. They had normal for them periods and then took clomid. Some had successful pregnancies, some other had miscarriages. I would hold out some hope for a good outcome on Friday if my progesterone level was higher. My progesterone was at 11.2 on 12/21 when checked midcycle but with a level of <1 and pregnant that is what is troubling. The RE did offer to give me progesterone supplements but I think, and they agreed, that if the progesterone is that low then something is wrong with the fetus and it is not signaling my body to make progesterone for a reason. At this point I am just praying that it is not an Etopic

I would echo what the other ladies have said, you had no way of knowing. This is such an emotional journey. Could they scan you to find out if it is an ectopic or is it too early?

Thinking about you tfahn. Will keep you in my prayers as well. And yes, like the others said, there would be no way to know or think you were pregnant after AF.

Tfahn, I'm keeping you in my prayers! I know it's hard not to play scenarios and what ifs in your head, but please know you did not cause this! I know it's hard right now being in limbo. The same thing happened to me before I conceived DS2 (except I wasn't on Clomid). It sucks, I know but I'm praying that you conceive your rainbow baby soon!
Huge hugs!!
