Primal- Yay! I hope you caught that egg!!

I am 6 dpo today. I woke up so dizzy and foggy. I was not feeling well Friday and Saturday but I felt better yesterday, so I don't know what is going on. I didn't sleep well last night either. I am hoping they are good signs, but I don't want to get my hopes up. Ugh I hate symptom spotting, and it is practically impossible not to!

Hi hoping just wanted to say with my last pregnancy I was waking up very dizzy - like the world was spinning then it would just as quickly pass! This started before my BFP which I took at 10dpo.
My iron levels were really low and I will never know or not but that pregnancy resulted in a miscarraige at 8wks3days. I didn't know about my iron until the 10wk bloods as I didn't go to the doc (when I also found my HCG to be low for 10wks). Maybe just something to watch & I hope you get your BFP.

The FGD diet is on the IG site, the book is called Choisissez Le Sexe de Votre Enfant: par la methode du regime alimentaire by Francoise Labro et Dr. Francois Papa - but im gonna say stick with LE

Girlthistime thank you for sharing your story! I was slightly dizzy this morning again, but nowhere near as bad as yesterday. I have dealt with low iron levels in the past so I should def look into that!

I've been kind of in hiding from the site after I got thoroughly fed up with the whole diet and all of it. I was pretty low with stress from work and family drama. However... Last week I got a BFP and they drew blood at the doc today so we will see what they say. Hard to get too excited after the chemical in June but hopefully this sticks and I'm already having slight nausea type symptoms so I'm hoping that's a good sign!

Anyone going with the compressed frequent release?? Thinking of starting sway this month, looking at just this method in spreadsheet its the only one with heaps more girls than boys - 82% girl that said yes to this method...

I am only 4 dpo but cannot stop wondering if it'll happen. It was beyond easy for me to get pregnant with my 2 boys. I'm fortunate in that sense but I have a feeling all the dieting + lengthy cycle due to breastfeeding will make it tough. I'm anxious to hear how you gals do over the next month or 2! Cheers all ! Hoping we all get our daughters!
