98% of the reason I even HAVE limits is to make sure you guys are getting ENOUGH food, not too much. Please do some tallying up to be sure you're getting enough (especially given that you're on the Metformin!)

I'm also needing to increase my fat & protein limits, I already do cheese on sandwiches & I sometimes have a yogurt. Any ideas of other things we may add in with our meals or recipies to increase it.
Yesterday I had coffee throughout the day.
Lunch was wholemeal toast with butter, apple , pear & grapes with a small serving of yogurt.
Dinner was white rice with curry sauce, I roasted lots of veg in the oven peppers, onions, carrots, parsnips, a few small potatoes and had some of this with the rice.
I also had a few glasses of prosecco.
Two cans of Diet Coke through out the day.

Pink Rose it sounds like you're doing great! I find if I eat a bit of chicken or turkey every day my protein limits are fine but my fat is lacking not sure how to increase just fat except for butter/oil? Either that or I take out the meat and try and increase protein and fat with the same things. I'll have a think and we can swap any ideas we come up with

Eggs, full fat dairy, small amounts of chicken and shellfish.
Nuts and legumes do have protein, but they are also pretty carby so some people may not be able to have them much!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Ok so I've been playing about on mfp to get a menu for tomorrow.
My lunch will be soup with 3 slices of brown gluten free bread. (The gluten free loafs are smaller here not sure about in the US) with 2 coffees with a little full fat milk in.
My dinner will be 100g of chicken breast cooked with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, gravy carrots and a baked potato. Then a cup of grapes and a cup of strawberries. (Is that too much fruit? It said on mfp this food has a lot of vitamin c when I added the strawberries) I will also have 2 coffees again with a little milk. Then after dinner I'll have vodka with Diet Coke.
My macros come to 151g carbs, 53g fat, 60g protein. That's 1441 calories. Any thoughts please?

The trouble with MFP is that it counts the miniscule and irrelevant amounts of fat and protein in fruit and veg (that I do not want you guys to count) so just be aware of that.
Will the coffee with dinner not keep you up at night?
NO that is not too much fruit, that is fine!!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

LE Diet For PCOS
Today's lunch was a whole milk yogurt and coconut smoothie mixed with a banana
Two black bean tacos on hard shell. Mixed with salsa, brown rice, sour cream, a little bit of mozzarella cheese and an apple. Was so yummy!

Has anyone thought about going vegetarian doing the pcos diet? Not sure how to do it I just feel like maybe for the last month of my sway I'd like to cut out meat. Is it really needed to keep protein levels up?
