    Wise move, swish!

Maybe we should ask atomic to stress the caloric limits in her diet guidelines thread - I think all of us when we start think we'll only be on it for 6 weeks, and that's a very dangerous assumption. Atomic did warn me my calories were too low, but by then I had been doing it for a while and she said I might start gaining weight if I upped them at that point.

    7am: coffee
12pm: rice with plain yogurt, mini banana muffin
5:30pm: homemade low sodium vegetarian lasagna, low fat vanilla ice cream, 2 arrowroot cookies, Mike & Ike candies
8:30pm: low salt chips, frozen grapes

I was in the odd position tonight of having not enough calories. Since my sodium was on the low side too, I could afford a full serving of chips. The vegetarian lasagna turned out really well - I roasted a ton of veggies to put in it, and used real mozzarella instead of the low fat stuff after noticing there is only a difference of 1g of fat per serving between the two and the real stuff actually has less sodium - and it was soooo much yummier than the low fat stuff, which never seems to melt properly. Even with the full fat cheese and the chips, I managed to keep my fat to 26%, and I'm happy with that.

I'm feeling really hungry today because of damned af - I ate more than I meant to this evening.

    7am: coffee
12pm: homemade low sodium bun with 1 tbsp low sodium goat cheese and a bit of balsamic vinegar, corn on the cob, peach
5:30pm: 2.5 servings rice pasta with leeks, mushrooms, creme fraiche and parmesan, 2 sugar free fruit creme cookies,
8:30pm: ground cherries, candy apple (I saw these at the market and couldn't resist - I used to love these as a kid!), low sodium chips

I ended up with a lot of calories today - 1800, but even with the chips my sodium was very low - 565mg - I should have added salt into the sauteed veggies again since it would have made it tastier. My protein was on the high side - 47g, though 13g of that was from fruits and veggies, and I'm unclear lately whether I should be counting all of those as I always have (I asked atomic in a separate post).

I think this looks fine, mocha. This is probably the calorie amount you should aim for so you don't lose more weight
