Maiden- I have good vibes
this cycle for you. There is something I can't quite put my finger on, but I wouldn't be surprised if you will get your BFP this cycle or next!

AFM- still waiting for positive opk. Acupuncture is definitely balancing out my hormones. I haven't felt this peaceful or relaxed ever!! I'm glad that I won't ovulate so early like last cycle so I have a decent lining built up.


I am excited to see more BFPs soon! If everything goes well, we should see an explosion of them, since there are a lot of us cycling together!

maiden, boo on being sick. We've had yet another cold going around our house...ugh dance studios are just petri dishes with all the barres and such that you don't have a choice about touching. Ugh so tired of this winter!!

sc1411, yay we are O buddies! Will you test early or wait until AF is late? I will test on 12DPO (March 18th) since I have an RE appt that same afternoon so I need to know before going in...I guess I will cancel if I'm pg?

XX, thank you, I REALLY hope you're right. I think your increased EWCM/more days of fertile CM and Oing later are great signs of yoiur hormones returning to optimal levels. Good work on the regular BD!

Lace, I really agree about your chart, your temps are definitely higher than usual, fx! I truly don't know how I got sick since I rarely leave the house especially lately...I guess I got something at the grocery store ealier this week? Or maybe 10 days ago when I hung out briefly with a few friends. I DO hate this time of year. And yeah, barres must help transmit viruses with the porous wood, even if they were wiped down regularly.

Feeling a little less awful, I think my fever broke, but I'm losing my voice which sucks. I napped a lot and will sleep more now, hopefully I feel better in the am. I have zero appetite, I had to force myself to eat and everything was tasteless, a sure sign I'm truly sick...I had juice, soup, and a raw fruit & nut bar.

Do you think it's okay to take sudafed for my congestion & throat? How about ibuprofen?

Thanks ladies. Of course I hope so but symptom spotting in the 2WW is a short trip to crazyland for me, LOL. Too many times of having my heart broken with false hope in the past. So I try real hard to assume I'll be moving onto the next cycle, I get very tired of that horrible crestfallen feeling. I'm cynical huh?

Maiden, ibuprofen is a big no-no (interferes with implantation) but not sure about Sudafed. If you're worried about it a cup of hot water with lemon and a spoonful of honey has always worked just as well as those Cold remedy formulas for me.

I also heard that ibuprofen is a bad idea while TTC. Maybe try some hot tea instead.
I'm not an expert, but I think being sick during ovulation sways pink

XX I am so glad to hear that acupuncture is going so great for you. If I make it to the next cycle (ugh) I am giving it a try.

I am still waiting for my positive opk as well. They keep going dark and light, I am so confused. I started temping today and still in pre O range so I will continue bd every 3 days and using opks. I am CD 11 today. I usually have fertile cm by now but Nada! Hoping I am making a good egg and great lining.

Maiden- I hope you feel better soon! After all that you have been through this cycle, I pray you get a BFP!

DJMommy- looks like we are cycle buddies! I am a day behind you, CD10, and I am waiting for positive opk too! We are BDing every 2-3 days. I have a hard time telling DH no on the weekends! At this point, as long as it doesn't end up being every other day, I don't care!

FX we see more BFPs soon!!

dj, sounds like a good plan! That's what I aimed for this cycle.

Ladies I just woke up before 6 am (so 4-5 hours sleep) bc I was having awful chills, pretty sure my fever is going back up (see my latest temp, 99.68, not adjusted). Also I have completely lost my voice. My throat is KILLING me. Keep in mind I am on continuous high dose opiates so if I can feel the throat pain so badly despite that it's really bad. I'm afraid I have strep (I've had the bad kind severely a few times) bc that's the only time I get such a severe sore throat.

Since the house has no heat at the moment I'm not very inclined to leave bed to go make tea. Also drinking is hella painful so I'm dehydrated. I did try sudafed but I don't think it helped. I just want Monday to come so I can go to the dr!
